Freshmerch makes it really hard to support creators. Their quality ranges from 'about to fall apart' to amazing, and it's a lottery which the item is each time. Customer service policies are terrible (CS is friendly though, bless them). Have had half my order go missing the last two times ordering and had to chase a resolution. Most recently half my order was not even given to delivery company.
