I lost my charging case for my Twins Blaze earbuds and I was very sad because I'd need to buy new earbuds.

I used to buy the big famous brands but their quality degraded after some time. So I wanted to try out Fresh 'n rebel for the first time.
I was very surprised by the build and sound quality. But things took a wrong turn when I ordered a headphone that broke down within a day. I contacted customer support and within a few days they delivered me a brand new one. No discussions, no issues, just straight up high class customer support. Junior over-ear headphones work like a charm for both my kids. Not many over ear headphones for kids to find so really glad I have them.

Great earbuds, but one problem.
I had the twins 3+ and was very pleased with the sound quality. But now that I have used them a lot I thought to buy new earbuds and bought the twins Rise. But when I tried the earbuds, one of them didn’t work. I reached out to costumer service and they did their best to help me with my problem. Eventually we came to the conclusion that they where already broken at delivery. I just had to retour them and got fresh and new earbuds that work perfect. The costumer service was really nice and helpfull. And I appreciate that.

Unfortunately, our daughter's headphones (Clam) stopped working from one day to the next. We had always been very satisfied with the quality of the headphones!
Contact support by email and receive an immediate response.
Although the warranty had already expired, the extremely friendly staff were able to help us and offer a very good solution.
Excellent service that other providers would do well to emulate.
We are very satisfied!

I got my first fresh n rebel headphones 3 years ago, it was on christmas in 2022. The model of them was Caps 2 for a long time there wasnt much problems with them or anything, but after around half a year the cable broke, well not really but the sound it made was just making it unbearable to listen to. Then the charging port broke so i had to repair it, they also just kept having some issues to the point most of the fabric was torn off, they had plasters around the ear cushions cuz they were breaking down and also the pieces that held the headpiece and headphones together also broke so i also had to repair them, for me the sound quality was average and the build was okay as well (as in the level of comfort cuz the build as in fragility was just not it). So after those 3 years I bought the code fuse headphones. They arrived yesterday and so far they have a decent sound quality and the build as in fragility is okay atleast it looks like it wont breka as fast as the caps 2, but the comfort... Its just not it especially comparing ti the caps 2. The headpiece is especially the least comfortable to the point i just have to use a broken scrunchie around it so it wont press too much my head, also the left headphone seems to press on my ear too much and i have to take the headphones off for a bit after like half an hour of using them cuz my head and ears just start to hurt, while with the caps 2 i had a simmilar problem but after like 5 hours and not half an hour. The code fuse might be less fragile and longer lasting but the comfort is just not it atleast for me. Personally I would put more cushions on the headpiece to just not have it hurt so much. Overall i think they are kinda worth the price but for me comfort is one of the most important things.
