Throughout the entire process of resolving the broken earplug, Fresh 'n Rebel staff took excellent care of me and recommended various solutions. When the suggested solutions did not work, they offered me a new product under warranty. I have already received the product and am looking forward to using it. I find Fresh 'n Rebel's approach very positive and customer-oriented. Thank you very much.

The service I received was excellent. Aniek and Rayon have both been amazing, especially Aniek. I originally contacted them for a minor issue, ie cleaning the soft material on my headphone, to then losing my cables on the tube and to then having sound issues - ie coming out of one earpiece only. The advice for cleaning will be good going forwards. The cables were initially offered free of charge, but then halted, due to the sound issues. Aniek gave me instructions on how to reset/work around the sound issues, but they did not work. Unfortunately my headphones were a couple of months over warranty, so could not be replaced. But, I was offered, very kindly, a new pair with a discounted rate. I bought the newest version and it was delivered within two days. I love that I have chosen Fresh n Rebel (I did a lot of research initially when making my choice) and that I have not gone down the common way, ie Beats or Sony. I love that it is different and the choice of colours also offered. I chose True Blue and love my headphones!

Earphones are very god, but the Support is even better. I lost the Case of my Twins Core and after checking the availability they send me an refurbished Case.
Definitely a good choice.

First the headphone are priced decent and second they have ‘ no case : no waste ‘ program. They respond well on time and within a week, they sent me recycled case for free.
This is such good program not to over consumption and definitely an environment friendly.

Great customer support. I contacted Fresh 'n Rebel regarding the warranty of my USB-C charger and overall the experience was pleasant. The replacement process took about 3 weeks as the charger had to be ordered, but throughout the entire process, I was kept informed of the current status in a friendly manner.

I love the earphones of Fresh 'n' Rebel. They fit perfectly and are very durable, even after how much I misstreat them. And their customer service is impecable. Any time I contacted them, they solved the issue fast and in a perfect way.

The MagSafe power bank has really high quality, but the color silky sand didn’t match on photos in real life, it’s much darker then on photos, more like natural titanium
All the Fresh 'n Rebel products are flawless. I own the FnR Earbuds, the Rockbox Bold S speaker and the Code Fuse headphones, and they haven't let me down, ever. The sound is immaculate, the overall quality of the products is unmatched. The customer service and support is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly to communicate with. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I recommend Fresh 'n Rebel to everyone.
