I’ve used fresh skin cosmetics for a long time, especially for their amazing arnica gel 😍. I also use it for some oils too as they are great quality and value. They are always delivered quickly and with no excess packaging! Have recommended to lots of others too!

Been buying for 8 years or more: excellent product, price and service

I just wanted to leave a quick review. I started using Freshskin during my maternity leave in 2022 when I began learning how to make my own DIY skincare and haircare products. I’ve been using their products ever since, and the experience has been amazing. The quality has been consistent, and my whole family benefits from what I create. Our skin has truly been well looked after.

I notice from another review Freshskin say the negative was because they hadn't responded to the email within hours. (Brush-off.) I had a postage problem with an order before xmas. I contacted Freshskin,(It's legally their duty to sort that out.) and got no response. However, finally the items did arrive. I never did get a reply. That was an order on ebay. Last week I ordered directly from their website. Coal Tar fragrance oil. It isn't Coal Tar. It smells like some kind of caramel. I know this because a few months before I bought a 10ml bottle and that was correct. I contacted Freshskin about this about 3/4 days ago, and no response as yet. I have spent a lot of money over a few years with them, but now with clearly no customer service when things do go wrong I find I have to look elsewhere. If I get a reasonable response to my review I will happily edit it.

Edition to below comment. Personal saying 'love' to leave negative comments, not professional. And they don't address the ebay purchase back before xmas. Funny that?

It is the companies legal duty to ensure items purchased arrive and in good time. Royal Mail say to contact the company (Seller) in the event of a problem on their website. Please also note that I have kept correspondence on both orders and then can prove all I have said is correct.
