I contacted fresh start today after…
I contacted fresh start today after months and months of not which way to turn! My mental health was at a low and I just needed some pressure off. I spoke to the most lovely 2 people who showed empathy and kindness and they helped me get myself straight again! Would definitely recommend!

GREAT COMPANY HELPFUL UNDERSTANDING STAFF
PEACE OF MIND - Trust in the company - knowing if a problem arises or your situation changes - you can call and talk too them.
EXAMPLE - eighteen months ago I was quite unwell, I was bitten by a spider (FALSE WIDOW) - because of poison had to amputate my finger ( still not 100%).
My point being I was able to speak to someone who was very understanding - I am 79 .

Was an excellent service, communication have become poor.
I have been with Fresh Start for many years and have found all of their services to be first-class.
My experience would have been five stars if it were not for the bad communication experience I had for the first time this year. It appears that sending information between different departments or staff has become a problem, in that documents sent by me via email were lost, and I had to keep sending them several times.
If communications improve, I would give Fresh Start five stars, and what the Company really deserves.
