Disgraceful customer service
Disgraceful customer service, communication and unprofessional. I was given a price over the phone when I made the booking, when the job was done I was told a different price ( which was a lot more). I had to argue about the price. Our rug we purchased from freedom furniture 3 years ago has fallen apart after 3 weeks of being cleaned. I spoke to Diane and she asked for photos and would get back to me as soon as possible. Never contacted me back. I called again and spoke to the Manger, who is rude and very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble, and call a professional to do the job.

Disgraceful Customer Service/Workmanship
Was quoted one price over email when arrived advised that the price did not include gst. I said no that was the price was quoted. $240.00 for 2 x 3 seater leather couches. When job was complete 1 hour and 20 mins later I did say yes it looked good. On closer inspection by my husband couches were not clean. Called 5 minutes later and asked him to come back and finish off the job. He blatantly refused. We contacted company and explained couches were not clean and sent photos. Spoke to 2 different people explaining couches not clean. Both disregarded our request and were very rude. Their customer service was disgraceful one of the owners swearing at me over the phone. I feel stupid for actually handing the money over in the first place.
Would definitely not recommend.

Prices on website do not match price quoted - ended up being $20 extra than quoted over the phone was not informed of the price change until after he finished the clean. Was supposed to arrive at 2pm informed that he would be arriving at 4pm instead then did not arrive until 5pm. Average clean. Would not use service again and would not recommend.

No Good!
I paid for cleaning, deodorizer, sanitizer and scotch guard. Sofa was steam cleaned and that's about it. Smells terrible, scotch guard is non existent. Asked for a part refund and have not heard from them again. Lodging a case with the NCAT Monday
