I would definitely not recommend this…

I would definitely not recommend this led mask,it is not great at charging i even went out bought a new plug still not great after charging the mask for 3 hours,,it switches off after 7/8 minutes which is not stated such an inconvenience when you just want to relax,,have to charge again for it to switch off after 7/8 minutes after lots if emails was told i should only wear it for 10mins at most,,dont no why they said thos after all these messages as i was sick of repeating myself saying im only getting 7/8 mins,,wanted me to send a video my video would not sent,if you live outside of china i would save your money the product is not worth the money,,its faulty but they dont want to recognise the problem said im sending back,,stay local for these type of things,never will buy from china again be warned,you said you have sent me an email ive received nothing , received email an update the company have offered to send a replacement or a refund a replacement will be great praying this one is not faulty,it was not about the money i just wanted a working mask

Absolutely shocking - avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner purchased an £800 facial machine for me as a Christmas gift back in November. We were told the company was UK-based and promised pre-Christmas delivery – both of which turned out to be completely untrue.
Despite multiple attempts to chase the order in the lead-up to Christmas, nothing arrived. Then on 29th December we received an email claiming the parcel had been “delivered” — yet no package ever arrived at our address, and there was no photo, signature, or proof of delivery.
Now the company is demanding a further £200 in shipping fees to “resend” the item, claiming they can’t ship something that has already been delivered for free. This is outrageous, especially given that we never received anything in the first place.
At this stage, we have zero confidence in this company and do not want a replacement. We simply want a full refund. If this is not resolved this week, we will be escalating the matter to Trading Standards and our bank to recover the money.
In summary: this appears to be a Chinese company posing as UK-based, taking money without delivering goods, and then trying to squeeze even more out of customers. Avoid like the plague!

I purchased the cultivating machine

I purchased the cultivating machine. The wand come broken which they replaced. 2 months after purchase get 10 bucks back with a 5 star review. How is this allowed? I have a screen shot of i can figure out how to share. That should not be allowed and reremanded.
