It was my first order at this website so i didn’t know anything about it.
Shipping from China was way faster than expected!
The product itself looks high quality but had a fault which can always happen.
The customerservice immediatly started to help me and was very kind.
So even when you have a problem they will solve it.

I just got the product and excited to use it! The price was very reasonable, shipped on schedule, instant notification of delivery. If it does some (hopefully all) of what the spas charge by the area and visits. Will be so totally worth it!

I ordered two machines from Freyara. The first one, an 80k cavitation machine. The 2nd machine, a 40k cavitation machine, which I ordered the same day (about an hour later) and which took a VERY LONG TIME and SEVERAL MISDELIVERIES and ALLEGED ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER to finally arrive. Receiving this product was not easy. At the request of Freyara, I am changing my review, having finally received the product.
This review does not reflect the devices performance or effectiveness. It is based solely on the difficulty of successfully receiving the product and - now that I have actually gotten a hold of it - I have moved my review up from "one star" to "three stars".
This review solely reflects that I have received the product and am finally DONE with this process.
Freyara "did" follow up- in the form of a ton of emails (which I sent; they responded), many phone calls (with the delivery company), and photos (which I sent, to prove that I live where I do and that the package was delivered to another address). I am grateful they cared enough to interact and cooperated with me to resolve non-delivery of the machine, although the onus was on me to "prove" that the package was not in my possession.
I have no idea how well the 40K cavitation machine works, nor will I review it at this point. I am just relieved that I "have" it and will leave it at that.
I will no longer review their "logistics", nor will I purchase or review their products in the future. The whole thing was just too exhausting. I wish them the best and I hope they use a different shipping company in the future.

Beware! Scam! Do not buy! It’s been two weeks and I have not received my order. I have a tracking number linked to a yun courier company that is not recognised. I’ve tried contacting them via WhatsApp and they keep saying that the shipping process takes 7-15 days and to wait, but still no confirmation on a delivery date. Extremely disappointing. No sign of my delivery or a refund. I want my money back.

After checking the box on arrival I noticed that plug is not suitable for Australian socket (even I checked on their website; they were stating that they send suitable plugs to every country). Contacted them right away by email and two weeks past I have not heard from them. Luckily I was able to find the right cable in Jaycar but costed me additional $25 dollar... on top of paying $350 for the product. After posting my review Company contacted me explaining that they were not aware of my problem as my email went to junk mail, they apologised and offered partial refund to compensate for trouble. At the end it is all good!

My review is more about the delivery company used. About 3 weeks after I got an email saying my item was shipped I still hadn't received the package. I wrote to the company and they wrote back right away saying that the package had been delivered a week before and providing photos. The problem was that I live in an apartment building and even though there's a big sign saying don't leave packages in the foyer because of theft, that's where they left it. And then it was never updated in the system so it looked like my package was still out for shipping. A kindly neighbor had seen the package and taken it upstairs and just forgotten to bring it to me right away. Anyway all this to say the company was helpful and prompt, but whatever delivery that service they're using needs a good talking to.

My experience started off poorly — I cancelled my order within 2days, but the company initially refused, claiming it had already shipped, even though tracking showed otherwise. I had to escalate the issue to PayPal to get a refund.
After that, communication increased significantly and I did eventually receive my refund. I appreciate the resolution, but it took far more effort and persistence than it should have. I hope the company improves its cancellation process and overall customer service going forward.
I’m giving 3 stars because the situation was resolved in the end.
