Visible Improvement After Consistent Use

I’ve been using the light therapy cap from Freyara for about 2 months now. The design is lightweight and comfortable, and the cap is easy to use at home while doing other things like reading or watching TV.

After around 4-5 weeks of consistent use (3-4 times a week), I started noticing less hair fall and some new baby hairs along my hairline. It’s not a miracle overnight solution, but I do feel it’s helping stimulate healthier growth over time.

The product came well-packaged and matched the description on the website. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about usage.

Overall, I’m satisfied so far and will continue using it to see longer-term results.

Misleading Product and Unhelpful Support

I am writing to update my previous review.
It was only after I posted online reviews that Freyara responded to my queries. Before that they ignored me...
They have refunded the money and keep reminding me to update my initial review.
So here you go. I have updated it....

20/05/25: I purchased a fat cavitation machine from Freyara and was extremely disappointed. The product did not function as advertised — the vacuum suction didn’t work, and the cavitation feature was ineffective. On top of that, the technical specifications were inaccurate: the power output is far below industry standards and the RF frequency is listed incorrectly (3mHz instead of MHz).
Customer service was unhelpful and kept asking for videos, even after I clearly explained the issues. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Freyara to anyone looking for professional or reliable equipment.

SCAM FAKE COMPANY

Editing my review bellow- after this review the company has reached out sent me a tracking number and I also recieved the cavitation Mashine I have ordered so I do need to thank them for dealing with this so efficiently, I can’t leave a review on the product as I’m not sure if it does the job yet however the Mashine does work Thankyou I will be giving 4 stars because I did recieve the product and customer service has reached out to help

I ordered the freyara cavitation machine on 03/01/2025. I have not received any valid tracking information. I tried calling and sending messages on WhatsApp and email. No response.
Update: I received a response from Freyara on 03/09/2025, with updated tracking information. I will update my review once I receive my machine.
I m Happy to report that I received my machine on 03/11/2025. No issues with operations. The customer service team has been very responsive.
I gave them 4 stars from the initial issue but they did come through in the end. Thank you

STAY AWAY! Scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Product never delivered - Freyara refuses to refund my money. The shipping company marked the item as delivered but it was not so they told me to contact the seller. Freyara told me I had to contact the shipping claims department for proof the package was lost. The shipping company told me only the seller can contact the claims department and to contact the seller to file a claim. Total scam.

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!! In order to leave a review I had to choose one star. They deserve zero stars. Received a mirror of poor quality that did not work and have been trying for days to get them to provide an address where I can return it for a refund. They asked me for a video showing that it’s plugged in. I sent the video and now are asking for ANOTHER VIDEO using a different outlet!!

I bought 3 in 1 cavitation machine

I bought 3 in 1 cavitation machine. I got it for $320 which is the price of 3 cavitation sessions at a medical. I used the machine twice and already, I can see results. The bulge in my lower belly is definitely smaller and pants aren't as tight on me as before

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! SCAM!

They do not ship from the UK they ship from China. I didn’t receive my order and had to constantly email to get a reply. I also believe they sold my bank details as after this issue I started getting random payments taken and luckily my bank flagged them! They also pay people to write good reviews for them.
