Great space, seamless communication

Julie and Lesley are both amazing. House was generally good.

The concierge service was so helpful and the location was perfect! Everything was within 15 minutes walking and the property itself was very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

The service was wonderful as always..the Chamonix 37 needs a lot of upgrading but staff made everything easier

Our stay in Aspen with Frias was comfortable and easy! Would definitely stay with them again in the future.

The TV reception in the bedrooms were not available and the living room had limited stations available, otherwise everything else was good.

Second year with Frias. Great service. Great condo. Great location. The airport transfers are a HUGE plus and convenience. Only comments on the unit - the mini blinds in the living room were broken and no laundry supplies. Other than that, fantastic.

Great apartment. There are a few points to improve: parking permits need to be correctly dated and the plains. I got warnings twice: the tag had a wrong date on it (typeO) , second one was for parking at City Market while shopping:(
Shampoo, soap was not sufficient for a week stay. It was more for 1 time use.
Check in form had very unclear instruction about cleaning service, I was not aware a midweek cleaning came free with a week rental , the form was misleading.

The outside light coming into the unit was not working making it difficult to enter the property at night, especially with ice on the ground. I reported the issue and the maintenance worker came, but never fixed it. I never heard back from anyone. There is a chair and carpet that are ripped and the furniture could use some Fabreeze. For the price of the unit, it could use some TLC.

Everything was great. The place was amazing, the staff and shuttle people were great as well. The one van needs to be upgraded, however, as it just seemed a little run down and not easy to get into and out of. Overall, it was great.

Limo service to and from Aspen airport was included, and was on time and great. Location was near ski rentals, lift and bus to Snowmass. No car needed.

The staff was wonderful, but the condo was not. The shower is master bedroom smelled horrible. The master bedroom bed was super hard with only 2 usable pillows. The pillows were super thin. Combined with the terrible bed, atrocious smell, it was awful. The owner of the unit locked the master bedroom Tv with a code and also locked the microwave with a code, making it impossible to utilize basic things in the unit. I do not recommend staying in this particular unit at all. The staff was awesome, so I am sure there are other units not as horrible as this one.

Clean, friendly, perfect location and great sundeck and hot tube with gorgeous Mountain View

Stay was ok. Front desk seemed annoyed at times for simple requests like blankets and extra toiletries or for recommendations of where to eat. We were told we could list room for rent as we had to leave a day early due to weather. We did leave before checkout the day before and room was listed- we even tried to see if room was available online to be rebooked and it showed booked. However; we were told later that the room was not booked.

Staff were friendly. Answered my queries before I confirmed the property rental.

Really appreciate the ambience of the hotel and convenience of the location. The front desk staff, Andrea and Jairo are very responsive and committed to helping make one's stay the best it can be.

Great condo. Excellent staff on the front desk. This very historic building is gorgeous.the owner of this large one bedroom designed it beautifully. It is less than 2 blocks to the Ajax gondola.

Our departing flight was canceled bc of weather and independence square was able to be flexible and offer us lodging an extra night if needed.
