Choose another company to save your time and money
I got ejerskifteforsikring insurance from Frida Forsikring in march this year. 7th of August I had to open a case. Only in 20 days first action from Frida occurred. But it was the only action... Now it is more then 3 months and what I hear from Frida (called them 5 times already) is: "we are busy at this moment, but your case obligatorily will be processed next week". Furthermore, Frida is refusing to do email communication, obviously in this case you could have evidence of what was promised.
It is never easy to deal with insurance companies but I had chance to compare and can recommend to use Top Danmark instead of Frida Forsikring.

Cases not handled
I have an ejerskifteforsikring with FRIDA. Emails are not answered, cases are not handled. I am waiting more than 4 months for the evaluation of the taxator for a simple cases. When calling, the responsibles cannot be reached and despite promises never call back.
