We've used Friends House three times now and it is always spotlessly clean and the staff are all really warm and attentive. I went to reception to ask for assistance with the aircon, and there was a staff member already working on it by the time I got back to the room. The whole building has a really nice atmosphere and we will definitely use it again for meetings in London. It's also super convenient, just across the road from Euston and really close to lots of hotels.

The venue was set out very well and everything was in order. The only little issue was the air conditioner that kept working for short periods of time and caused one side of the room to be cool and the other side was always to warm.

Very easy to book, very responsive to queries and questions.
Excellent service at friends house, from the booking contact, reception staff, IT staff and catering staff - always makes my job so much easier that they are proficient professional and always give great customer service - have been using this venue for a number of years now and will continue to do so. we had a large meeting for 50 with the working lunch - which was really excellent, great choices and plenty of it. The room was set up how we expected, was kept cool, and had the extras that i had ordered - even the paperwork id ask to be printed at 10pm the night before - overall a great venue, lovely rooms, plenty of facilities, balconies, and a lovely garden.

Very friendly and efficient staff, prompt and seamless provision of catering and AV requirements, a nice quiet room.

The location and staff of Friends House were great. The food was good too, albeit less generous, as was IT help. It would be good to have someone on the phone as sometimes its quicker to sort things out over the phone rather than exchanging several emails.

We had a wonderful time as always at Friend’s House. The staff were so professional and friendly - the entire place was incredibly calm and beautiful Amand the technology was state of the art. Well done - again!

I found the Team at Friends House very supportive and helpful from start to finish.

Using the wall as a Projector screen in the Waldo Williams 1Room was not Great as the images projected ended up looking poor in quality. This did not reflect a profession training standard I had hoped.

Teas, Coffee and biscuit selection was very good. Cakes was disappointing as the sizes were so small!

Cafe and grounds allowed for different spaces for delegates to enjoy. That was very good.

The staff at Friends House are second to none. Our meeting went smoothly and it was once again a pleasure to be there. I would recommend the "Friends" to any one who is organising a meeting or conference, you could not be in better hands.

The customer service and general care and attention at Friends House is wonderful. The price is very reasonable and the location is perfect. Catering is lovely and nothing is too much trouble when finalising your day. Will most definitely be returning here for events in the future.

The exhibition itself is very good but its very small, be prepared to be in and out in under an hour. Not necessarily value for money. The gift shop is expensive and a bottle of water is £3.50

Convenient for Kings Cross and Euston stations, the venue has a range of good airy rooms. The staff are without exception friendly, helpful and kind. The refreshments are quite expensive that the room hire is reasonable so it balances out. Also, there is a nice cafe/restaurant on the ground floor.
