The plants arrived really quickly and very well packaged - no casualties! There wasn't even really any soil spillage in the box and the plants all seemed very happy. The instructions in the box were also really helpful, very happy with the overall experience!

Top quality customer service! One of my plants didn't travel well and unfortunately arrived with a broken stem. I emailed customer service for advice and asked if it could be saved, they responded next day with detailed advice and even gave me a partial refund.

All my other plants arrived in good condition, packaging was good and kept them from moving about too much in the box. Just unfortunate about one, who is doing fine now after I took their advice. Just can't help the package being tossed about in transit!

Awesome baby plants! I've ordered a few times now and only had 1 fatality and that was my own fault!

Super healthy little plants. Well packaged, all with nice moist soil upon arrival. The packaging is second to none and the way its done ensures theres hardly any room for your plants to move around whilst in transit. Didn't lose any soil upon unpackaging. Had my new plants almost a week now and so far they are settling in well.

Arrived earlier than expected. It was carefully wrapped and I received it in perfect condition..

The plants came well packaged and look healthy. Some of them have new leaves coming out, so very pleased with that. They arrived super quick as well but they are soooo small. I expected them to be small but they are tiny, definitely look bigger on the pictures both on the website and their Instagram page.
A recommendation I have is to include some information/care guide on the plants that have been purchased.
