From Japan is my default for all Yahoo Auction and JP Mercari ordering. The customer service is excellent and they really make sure every experience is without issue.

Fair fees, impeccable packaging and handling of the items you order, excellent search engine and clear website, friendly support and fast shipping even to the other side of the world. There is nothing more you could ask from a proxy.
Highly recommended.

My items were packaged great and had no damage from shipping. The shipping was also fast and efficient. One of the packages did arrive tampered with and incomplete, but I believe this is the fault of the seller, not the proxy service.

I've been using OneMap/FromJapan for 2 years now, I have made hundreds of orders and had dozens of consignments shipped to me and have not had a single bad experience.

They have bought all of my items extremely quickly - which has not been the case with several other proxy services. This is very important, because some items only remain on Mercari/Surugaya for a few minutes before they are bought by someone else.

Everything has been packed and shipped within 24-48 hours from my packing/shipping request and everything has arrived well-packaged and free from damage.

They regularly give coupons for 5-15% off stores and they give a discount on international shipping fees based upon how much you have bought through them over the last 12 months.

Their fees are pretty much the same as everyone other proxy, but the service you receive is better. I honestly can't fault them.

I just love this website. I see a bunch of cool stuff on mercari from beenos but there's more stuff unavailable to the US in jp.mercari and thanks to One Map From Japan, I'm able to get the link from jp mercari and use it on one map and get the awesome things I love! I'm very pleased with the services and fast customer services. Only thing that bums me out are the shipping costs, but that's not exactly up to them, especially since they offer so many shipping services, FedEx, ups, DHL (dhl is my personal favorite)

My experience with the FromJapan website itself has been great. Support also does their best to help you; I have contacted them several times.

However, I have to take out a star not due to their support or website, but rather due to how complicated the process to split parcels is. I have used other proxies, so I have some experience to compare.

I really hope they can find a way to automate that, so that you can split every kind of parcel if you wish. I would gladly increase the rating if that happens.

Besides that, I think they are great and recommend them.

The communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept me informed of every step of the purchase, packing and shipping process. My instrument arrived within a few days of being shipped. The price for the service was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use this service again.

I had a great experience thanks to the fast and responsive customer service team. They were even able to retroactively apply a delayed coupon, which I really appreciated. It’s clear the company values customer feedback and is committed to continuous improvement.

Good service. Never had any issue with them. They are quick to answer when you have a question or need to change the HS code of your items.

Note: I never had to send back a damaged item or something similar, so I'm not exactly sure how smooth the service would be for that. But I got a few damaged items over the last year (not the fault of FromJapan, just some risky auctions) but shipping back to japan would be more expensive than the items so it doesn't make any sense.

Been using for over 10 years. Zero bad experiences. They've always been quick to respond to my questions and requests. Not a single issue. Great service. I appreciate their work and they have my loyalty.

I’m highly satisfied with the services that From Japan offers. I have used their service many times over the years. I have purchased various items such as DVDs, manga, video games, anime, action figures, pachislo & pachinko machines and much more.

Customer service is always great & replies to emails quickly with any questions you may have. They make sure to pack your items securely, so that they arrive safely to you. I have purchased 6 pachinko machines using their service. I was worried that because these machines are very bulky and weigh a lot, that they would arrive damaged. From Japan double boxed & used plenty of packing materials for them to arrive to me safely. These machines weigh over 100lbs and the dimensions are like 36x24x20 of the packaging.

I have used many Japan proxies before, From Japan beats all the others. If you use their shipping calculator and compare it to other proxies, you’ll see that their shipping rates beat the competition. Shipping my pachinko machines was very expensive, but, they were several hundred dollars cheaper on the shipping than various other proxies.

Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you’re looking for rare items that you can’t find in the USA, or you can find, but is drastically marked up in price, then From Japan is your answer. You can get many items 50% or more cheaper by directly buying from Japan, than paying the markup for the items in USA that you may see on eBay or various other sites. Highly recommended, A++ service.

I'm actually fairly surprised at how easily my transaction went, ordered 24 manga books in total, absolutely nothing went wrong, consolidation is free which I appreciate, and despite the odd organization configuration once the package arrived to me, they packaged it pretty well, would definitely use again, but definitely a lot more next time to offset the shipping fees which I understand
