After the discontinuation of tracked Airmail Small and with most Japanese proxy services completely removing this option, I decided to give your untracked Airmail Small service a try. I'm happy to say that my package arrived safe and sound, and it didn't take too long either. The service was very reliable, and I truly hope this untracked Airmail Small option continues to be available, as it's affordable and extremely helpful, especially since ePacket Light does not support my country.

FJ does offer exceptional service, not only by the large number of available items but also their shipment- and customer service are excellent, we are very pleased being able to make use of their platform.

I think they have great customer service!, When I wasn't sure something I wanted to purchase would ship to my house, I contacted customer service about the product. Jess (The Person who replied to my inquiry) responded to me in timely manner , was very friendly, was very honest and (also blunt but in a really nice good way) told me they could get for it me but that there would be risk of it being sent back due to tariffs and restrictions, they even offered to ask the warehouse if it would be possible to ship it, which personally I appreciate that sort of honesty and willingness from customer service, it is very rare these day, so yeah two thumbs up!!

They answered all my questions and concerns even offers me a one time ordeal if I didnt receive my order correctly I asked so many questions and all were answered same day or next some were more friendly than others but I am satisfied and will purchase again in the future

Have purchased through a couple of the proxy service and One Map by From Japan has been head and shoulders above the others. The most notable factor being the quality of their customer service. Due to import considerations, needed to make special arrangements and From Japan was outstanding in making this happen. Overall they were timely, responsive (I could rely on seeing a response from them within short order), specific and to the point with the information provided, and willing to make the extra effort to help with the purchase.

I’ve been dealing with One Map by FROM JAPAN for months already, and to be honest with you they are absolutely brilliant!!! You are really getting top class service! All packages were very well packed and delivered extremely fast! I’ve always used UPS and delivery was within 2-3 business days (Japan - UK), which if you ask me is remarkable! Another thing is that all the sellers that I bought from seems to be very honest people - but that’s nothing to be surprised of here as I believe Japanese people are one of the most honest people in the world!!!
Again, I believe this is the best online service you can get!!!

Just a small thing that I believe can be looked into which is purely only slight improvement to the website:
If you could look at the search criteria as I couldn’t find a way changing it to “newly listed” first.

Been using FromJapan since Nov 2021. Very user friendly, packaging is very good, the shipping cost and exchange rates are the best among all service providers.

I have used fromjapan on 2 occassions since November 2025.
At first I was skeptical , since I was looking at items that were extremely rare in North America and they were a decent price. I thought it was a gamble to use since I was not 100% sure about these overseas proxy services.. (there are many) but I have had success with USA to Canada proxy like Stacky so I gave it a shot with a small item on 'from japan' .. it took 3 weeks to arrive but it was accordingly to the shipping option I chose. This item is so rare , I couldn't believe it was for sale.. LOL - I was hestitant but saw the process happening and was receiving key information constantly to my email fromjapan. I even reached out to their support and the responded very fast for a particular question I had .
My first item came, as described it to my glee.
And then I proceeded to purchase a few items, which then I tested the consoldation part of this shipping service and it worked excellent, like a charm - they packed the larger items accordingly and did not waste shipping cost ect - I chose a mid-tier shipping service , 1/3rd price of the highest price.. and there are many options to Canada - the 3 items came in 5 days time..which I was very surprised about - They double boxed the boxes and put ample support of different types inside high quality bubble material but the double boxes were professional packing. And focusing on the original sellers.. that's the only thing i wish I could reach out to them, and give them feedback but that's what I don't understand how to do.. as the items came as described ..and I paid over $1000 for one item. So I was very happy for this service and process to be honorable to those like me in Canada outside of Japan.

Honestly, i'm not a easy customer but Erika and Jun are the sweetest. They're always helping me fixing my problems so fast. Recently I made an adress mistake and Erika Handled it so smoothly, it was such a relief. Thank you for your kindness and efficiency always.

I have used this proxy service several times and a very convenient way of shopping in Japan. Storage, packing and sending is all very nicely done. Questions are swiftly answered in English

Ordered a Hermes bag charm from Kobe and wanted it to be sent to nearby Osaka. However, was told that goods must be sent to Tokyo first, then head down south to Osaka again - ridiculous! A waste of both time & money, really! Told them many times i wanted to be charged in JPY but this cannot be changed and i suffered great currency exchange loss as i was charged in Singapore dollars. Totally inflexible and totally not understanding! Hopeless to deal with this Japanese company as they are like the rest of Japan - stick only to rules in the books, simply cannot think out of the box!

I have used this site for a while now. Items always packaged with care in mind, fast shipping, variety of designer brands and an easy transaction. Would like to suggest more payment options for Australian buyers, Klara, After pay, PayPal in 4 etc. Besides that no faults in the services provided.

I have had very good experience using From Japan. I’ve used other similar services and 1 I won’t mention ,ya, canceled my order twice and a third order ended up with an out of stock item when it finally shipped. I’ve gotten items for great prices and the shipping was surprisingly fast. The packaging was top notch too.

i've been using from japan's service for years. it's also reliable and speedy. i bought a wide range of stuff from watches to toys to clothing, earphones; size ranging from a suitcase size carton to a small packet; prices from high to low. it never failed to deliver or got me any glitches anytime. the discount given is the icing on the cake, i do miss the 10% off for rakuten purchase (now usually just 5%) though.

i do hope they could also do forwarding but, anyway, they're amazing for what they did and I'll definitely highly recommend their service!
