When you reply in Front from your phone sometimes it only gives you the option to send and it automatically archives the email. This can cause things to get overlooked.

One thing I struggle with is rearranging events on Front’s calendar. Sometimes I’ll move a meeting in Front where that meeting has a zoom link associated with it, but when I try to join the meeting at the new time that link breaks. I realize this might be out of Front’s control, but it is a point of friction I experience, often right before a meeting.
Excellent Tool for Keeping Specific Teammates Up-To-Date. Love how easy it is to collaborate with co-works & teammates in one thread.
Current suggestions:
1. The ability to merge a Discussion thread with an Email thread. (I've been asking for this one since we started using Front a few years ago.)
2. An editable bubble or note area on the side where a summary of long threads could be entered. And then have the bubble or note keep moving to the bottom of the thread.
I'm very happy with my experience. I just learned how to use "rules" and it's helped me organize much more efficiently.
Front really helped me a lot especially in work! It's very easy to use and efficient!
Overall, the platform works well. I wish it was easier to format tables, bullets, etc. Also, the color choices for the color fonts is a little unprofessional. It's difficult to use the bright blue, it would be great to get a dark blue color.
