My Husband and I like your Optimum…
My Husband and I like your Optimum Juicer 600XXL. We have enjoyed the juicing experience, thanks to your juicer. Most amazing news is that My Husband Blood Pressure has returned to normal since we started juicing. We thank God Almighty for this health improvement.
The challenge we have with your Optimum Juicer 600 XXL is that it struggles with celery. The pulp gets stuck and so makes juicing celery really cumbersome as I have to clean the juicer in between. So cannot batch juice greens especially celery.

They could have better communication as I’ve been waiting for a reply over 4 days and still nothing, 3rd time using juicer created pulpy apple juice more pulp then juice as I strained it two times and had a whole big bowl off pulp and juice was less (very time consuming) the pulp also come out wet, also was a big mess to clean and had to keep pushing the apples down as they kept ridding up the sides, that one time really put me off using that juicer and waiting for instructions to return before my 30 days ran out

Quality Customer Service is paramount, our entire business is built on the slogan “Quality you can trust”, and therefore even isolated cases are taken very seriously by Froothie and Optimum.
As we have looked into your case sent via email, the apples looked very soft and mushy. This influences the final results meaning you will get more compote instead of real juice.
Using fresh and crispy fruits and veggies is highly recommended when making fresh homemade juices.
Below we would like to share some more tips and tricks on how to produce fruits and veggies to get the best outcome:
Juicing celery:
For most effective juicing we advise cutting the celery into 3cm pieces. It is the same with most slow juicers on the market that produce with high fiber should be cut into pieces to create the perfect juice)
This will allow you to juice bigger quantities of celery and other fibrous vegetables and will avoid clogging. Even if you alternative between juicing celery and other produce we recommend to cut fibrous produce into pieces.
For celery, the amount of pulp will be higher in general compared to other produce.
Juicing apples:
We advise to always use fresh and crisp apples for juicing. Soft apples won’t work very well which you have seen also in your own experience
General tips:
Cut ingredients into smaller pieces for easier juicing. Ensure to peel and pit ingredients with thick skin, hard shell, a core or hard seed to avoid damage or injury
When juicing grasses, feed the Optimum Juicer a small amount of grass at a time, cutting the grass into short pieces approximately 3cm long. This ensures the waste can easily come out of the waste chute. You do not need to "clump" the grass into a ball. In fact, you can slowly feed small strands of grass, coriander, parsley, kale, spinach and other leafy greens without any force necessary.
DO NOT press, push or shove ingredients forcibly into your juicer. Instead, simply allow your ingredients to fall into the feeding chute. The juicing screw does all the work for you. Virtually no force is necessary
Juice low-fiber plants first and high-fiber plants last. When juicing fibrous ingredients, a great tip for large, leafy, stringy or dense vegetables is to feed them to the feeding chute gently, allowing the juicing screw to pull the ingredients into the appliance, using the pusher gently, only if required.
It is best to alternate between the juicier and more fibrous fruits and vegetables. For example you can alternate between juicier ingredients like apples, carrots, cucumber and citrus fruits and more fibrous ingredients like greens such as kale and spinach, celery and wheatgrass. We also suggest saving carrot for last, as this helps push out the last of the pulp.

Absolutely love my magicook pro
Absolutely love my magicook pro. It’s the bee’s knees but sadly after sales care could be a bit better. Have sent my magicook pro back for warranty purposes, not to realise nor to be told it would be over a 5 weeks before I was to receive my magicook back (as now froothie’s service technician/s is/are delayed :-/ Warranty claims in my experience have been a pretty straight forward process but not this one. Still haven’t got a reply from my last email sent Thursday last week (27.06.24)
Edit- 5 days later I let you know I dropped the parcel off?! That’s utter BS! I dropped it off the same day and your records would show me sending the tracking number through on 18/06 for a 13/06 drop off. As for the delay, nothing was mentioned until I reached out and said, hey the parcel is now with you, how long will repairs take. A simple apology would have been fine but clutching at straws trying to justify the time this took (still haven’t received the power cord 23/06) is well below par. I can’t say I’d be recommending you to anyone after this, thanks

However, we sincerely apologize for the delays you have experienced in getting your appliance repaired. Normally, repairs are completed within 10 business days. However, we have recently moved our office, service center, and warehouse location, which has caused some delays in our processes.
Upon checking your ticket, I can see that one of our customer support agents sent you a postage label on the 13th of June. You then let us know 5 days later on the 18th of June that you dropped the parcel off at the post. The parcel arrived at our service center on the 25th, and it was sent back to you on the 10th of July, 11 business days later.
We did inform all our customers about the service center move, but it seems that you were not aware. We are very sorry for this oversight and will look into why you were not properly informed.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience caused, and we wish you a great week!
