I saw frost goddess as an Instagram as and I ordered my package 2 months ago and it never arrived. I reached out to them multiple times and still no response. I asked to get a refund because it was taking so long but I think that it is just a scam to steal people’s money. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I wish 0 stars was an option. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. A month ago I ordered a crocheted sweater that had an alien ufo abducting a cow on it with other cows. A month later I recieved a green cardigan with sheep sewn all over it. I've contacted them multiple times regarding this matter and they refuse to help me or refund me because they claim I got what I ordered. Terrible customer service, cunty responses, terrible products. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute the charges so don't be like me and just avoid the headache.

I wish I read these before ordering things, I haven’t received them yet. Although I did try to look up my tracking number on their website and it’s not an order according to the website... sick.

Poorly packed goods. Packed too tight and close to packaging without bubble or protective wrap- I pierced a garment so shame on me- quality of garment was ok. Sizing was poor. Return policy is a joke. Don’t send anything off for returns upon making contact prior to returning anything you’ll be met with an automated message stating that all items are made by hand (they clearly aren’t) this site needs to be shut down honestly. Also you’re unable to open dialogue and continue having one with them as emails there after display an undelivered email in response

Purchased lingerie from this site. Poorly made, cheap material, doesn't fit right. The Bralette is saggy and has poor stitching. The underwear literally looks like a diaper and the sticking is poorly done with fabric frayed.

They never sent my package. They sent a tracking number but the post office said it wasn't used. The tracking info shows it as arriving 3 days BEFORE I ordered it. They refused to correct the problem.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered a crochet Pietro from the animal crossing game and received a pennywise plush. Needless to say it scared my daughter. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. AVOID at all costs! Took over 2 months to receive my order. The item is NOT like the pictures, it is very poor quality and much huger than size chart. It says on their website they will exchange size, but when I contacted them they said they will not. HORRIBLE and MISLEADING. Never again. Beware.

It's a legitimate company, but there stuff takes forever to arrive and is really crappy. I got a shirt that was supposed to be made of 'high-quality cotton', but rather was crafted bottom shelf polyester (weird and shiny, rather than muted like it would be in cotton, as it is in the photograph). I contacted the company to try to get a return or a refund, and they refused, saying it's only a minor difference. It isn't (I would never spend $24 on a shirt made from such poor quality material). I also asked them to change the listing. They haven't.

Looks like I’m the not only who ordered something that came in looking completely different than it did online!! First I inquired about shipping because it took over a month to receive with no tracking info. They finally replied to my email after I had already received the item. I am super disappointed. More disappointed that I didn’t read reviews before I decided to order. Order something from here at your risk. They do not accept returns apparently.

As noted by many other users, this site is a scam. The item I received was COMPLETELY different than the item I ordered. When I emailed them about it, they gave me the same BS about their items being "handmade" & computer monitors showing varying colors. This item is NOT handmade and the color was completely different (it's got nothing to do with my monitor). They basically told me "too bad" and didn't offer a refund. It took filing a dispute with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. AVOID.

Product is terrible and not as picture at all. When we complained, owner claimed the items were "hand made" and the colours differed because of "monitor screens" absolute crap.

Crap fake products. Nothing like the pictures. Bad synthetic materials. Just a scam company. Takes 2 months to come from China as well.

I’d leave 1 star if I could. I ordered a Medusa sun catcher over 40 days ago and never received any update or email about my order until I initiated it. I was told it could take 40 + days to receive it from over seas to the US even though their covid shipping says 20 days on their website. I’ve ordered other things from different sites over seas during the pandemic and received the items within 14 days. Their response to my initial email was a tracking number. They said it could take 5-10 to see an update. 12 days and my tracking info says “no information at this time.” After reading the reviews and my email corespondents going nowhere I decided to open a PayPal claim against them. How is this business even still operating?

Advice to the seller if you’re not a scam. Email your customers ASAP, update us often, figure out your tracking system, and have exact information on your website. Had I known it would take 40+ days to receive an item (that I still haven’t received) I never would have ordered it from the start.

Sent me the completely wrong item. I sent them photos of what I received versus what I ordered, and they tried to tell me I got exactly what I had ordered! There is photographic evidence that it is a completely different product, and they still tell me I got what I ordered. Then that they can’t refund me due to “financial issues.” I just wanted the pendant I ordered, not a refund. They won’t even acknowledge they sent me the wrong item.

I orederd a necklace that was a beautiful spider cast in a clear resin cabochon with lyrics from Type O Negative inscribed on the back (at least that's what was pictured on the site and what I was under the impression that I was ordering). What I got was a cheap necklace with a metal spider glued to a plastic cabochon with nothing inscribed on the back. I sent an email with photos of what they offered on their site vs what I received and they told me that I actually got exactly what I asked for. This site is garbage. I will not order from them again and I strongly suggest no one else does either.

I ordered the mushroom shirt. It arrived ( in a plastic bag without tags) and was too small. The size was a woman’s large but did not fit my daughter (size 4 us). I contacted the company to exchange or return it and was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. The item I ordered was shipped and they felt sorry for me but too bad. I paid through paypal so have contacted them about a refund. This company is a scam. You might as well throw your money away. This has been confirmed by other reviews online. I first saw the shirt advertised on Instagram.
