Worth the cost
I really like the products. They smell great and my skin feels soft. I'm also seeing fewer lines. I especially like the fact that I can read all the ingredients in the balms. And the emails from Line are actually really fun, informative and feel very personal.

Simple Effective Products

I wrote to the customer support team after my order was delivered. The glass jar for the face cream had broken during the shipping process and included a picture. I received a reply the very next morning saying that would replace the cream with an apology. I was pleased they responded so quickly and were willing to replace the order at no extra charge. Thank you for your help and support.

I’m absolutely crazy in love!
I’m absolutely crazy in love with the anti itch balm. I have suffered with eczema for two years, despite a dedicated dermatologist. I actually brought it in to her, exclaiming that I slept through the night for the first time in years! Two of her nurses came into my last appointment to smell it, rub it some on their arms. No one has heard of this company! I feel so much better using this product faithfully every night instead of pharmaceutical strength creams and lotions. I wanted to change my account email. I sent an enquiry to ask how to do so. I got a very fast AI response, which enabled me to link to a human. My problem was solved within a minute or two after I followed the prompt given, and was connected to a person. This is the best customer service I have ever gotten online! Incredibly fast and responsive. The problem was immediately understood. Now my account is integrated with my preferred email, making things just a bit easier.

I forgot that my subscription order was going to be delivered soon, I got an email saying my order was confirmed. I don’t currently have the funds for this so I emailed Froya’s support and got excellent customer service! VN sent a request to the warehouse to cancel my order and then sent me an additional email confirming that it was indeed canceled. Perfect! 👌🤩

Getting to Know and Enjoy Them
It took me awhile to get used to the texture of these products but I've learned how to work with softening the balms by warming them with my fingers and applying to damp skin. Once they are in place, my skin feels really good. I can feel them firming my skin.
