Decided to cancel my subscription and it was legitimately the easiest and fastest cancellation I’ve experienced. I just had too much backstock which is why I cancelled, but I’ll renew without any concern when the time comes, knowing they genuinely respect their customers. This is how it’s done.

There are so many options for women's face care, but this is the real deal. My order arrived promptly. I was blessed with good skin and do not look 56 years old, but I wanted my face to be a bit more even colored. After 2 weeks, my crow's feet are barely noticeable. Also, it goes a very long way! I just literally dab my finger in the balm, no scooping needed. P

Unbelievable Customer Support
I have used Froya products here in Canada for some time and have never had to reach out with an issue until recently. My order of their hair and scalp shampoo arrived "wet" as somehow somewhere, the pump was switched to the on position and was depressed somewhere in transit. A small amount in both bottles had leaked. I send Froya and note explaining the situation not expecting a reply as I was writing to notify them for reference only. Their reply was almost immediate and other than asking for photos (fair enough), they replaced the two bottles with two more. Above and beyond customer service!!
Now along with the most amazing hair and scalp product on the planet, I have double the reason to support this trustworthy and caring company and to recommend it to one and all. Pat from Ontario Canada.

This is the worst experience like dropshipping. You returned the item unused and unopened and even they dont give you refund and they never answer and also you have to send abroad to get refund and calculate extra 15-30 euro for return cost
