Order Mismatch (Fruit Platters vs Fruit Boxes)
Hi, I must says your fruits were fresh. Of course, it was not cold as you had the no ice policy and I accepted that. I find that for a total of above $50, this should be a premium pricing with a presentable fruit platter.
The only thing I was truly disappointed was that I purposely ordered 2 sets of fruit platter (not 1) so that it gave me more selection of fruits and the colour of the fruits with multiple colours will enhanced the platter in a very well presented way.
However, I received them in boxes and it was no difference from getting from the fruit stalls or supermarket and these might be cheaper as well.
So this is the only setback for the recent order. If these fruits come in boxes, they should not describe as Fruit Platter of 3 or 5 choices....

Delivery was prompt and it was easy to use thirty website to order for the fruits.
However wish the delivery charges could be lower.
Quality of the fruits was pretty alright.
