I only gave the fruity-finesse colour changing foundation one star because I couldn't proceed without doing so it deserves none. What an absolutely useless product, did absolutely NOTHING. When requested a refund for a product that was completely missold, I was offered £2, what an INSULT. I made my thoughts on this very clear and the offer was increased to £4. So I have paid £12 for something I cannot use. The only positive comment I can give is that they were quite responsive with their emails, even though they have ripped me off. Lesson learnt.

Well what can I say about this colour changing foundation apart from "What an absolute pile of poo"

Thing is I'm a tad bit confused though, obviously I watched an advert for this product, where it changes colour for both women when they applied it, there's even a few positive post on TRUSTPILOT about it but most reviews are saying the same as me about it & that is there was no change in the colour what so ever. So have I & many other's wasted our money on a product that was falsely advertised? Are the positive reviews posted here on TRUSTPILOT real or fake? l'm nearly £17 down, no foundation to use & unable to buy any more now until pay day.

This was my first and last time buying with this company. The airwrap that I had brought was advertised wrongly. It’s such a bad quality does not do the job well such a waste of money when I contacted the customer service they were useless to. This business is a scam be careful.

I ordered the 5 in 1 Hair dryer & curler. The hair dryer is only mediocre. My main issue is none of the rollers work. I've contacted customer service numerous times with no joy. This is an absolute disgrace. PLEASE do not order this product, its a complete waste of money & customer service do absolutely nothing about it.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Item arrived broken and they will not refund full amount they only offer a fraction of the price. I am now going through my bank account to get a refund

Purchased foundation which is suppose to change when applying to match you skin tones. IT DOESN'T. Checked fruity-finesse.co.uk out online to find the company is on the scam alert site.
To add insult to injury they overcharged me as well. Invoice stated £13.38 yet PayPal statement stated £16.06. They apologised but didn't issue a refund. If I want a full refund I have to return at my expense to CHINA not United States where it was posted from. BEWARE!!

SCAM! I did think it was a chance I would take and it was. The product came and it was like runny suntan cream, does not change to the colour of your skin at all. Via email, I have been offered a refund of a £1 or gift to my friends. I certainly will not gift such a useless product.

It’s a SCAM do not buy !!! You think your getting colour changing foundation but your not they send moisturiser and it’s not a good one at that, iv emailed but they don’t want to know as it’s a company based in china, that now clear why I waited 3 weeks for it to come just stay clear of this site learnt my lesson 😡😡

Total scam, received lotion in a foundation bottle,no colour changing foundation,was waiting weeks, stay away ,save your money

Do not buy from these fraudsters.
Goods arrived all dried up and unfit for use. After sending numerous emails, photographs and letters of complaint I have eventually been offered £5 refund-less than half of the cash taken out of my account!!!

Well. I like many others bought into the SCAM which I really did surprise myself. It's actually a moisturizer, which really isn't that good....no wonder it blends into your skin tone, mainly because it's an invisible moisture lotion....don't waste your money! Total utter RIP OFF....have one star, because it's the lowest on offer..

Ordered the TLM colour changing foundation buy 1 get 1 free on the 2nd August. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive as was shipped from the USA, I wasn't aware of that. I was excited to try it when it arrived. Firstly it isn't TLM at all so false advertising. Secondly, it is not colour changing foundation. It appears to be just a Moisturiser. Both my daughter and her friend tried it with no effect either. Terrible and dishonest to be advertising and selling a product that isn't what it says. Will be contacting trading standards. I don't have money to waste. Avoid.

Not even one star the foundation cream is NOT a foundation cream at all as advertised save your money, it’s just horrible face cream greasy as well

So disappointed in myself for not checking the reviews. I am contacting the original company telling them that this company is using their imagery and their name to sell a product that they do not send to you. You see the photos of TLM colour changing and click the buy 2 offer, and this one is sent to you. I have photos of what I ordered and what arrived , but cannot upload them on Trustpilot unfortunately.This foundation is just cream and nothing more. This is a SCAM. Please do not waste your money. I have also contcted PayPal.

Colour changing foundation

Don’t bother wasting your money. They item you receive has a totally different brand name to the one in the picture yet the packaging identical. The ingredients list is different.

This is no way a foundation but a greasy cream that goes all lumpy when rubbed in.

They say money back guarantee however you then get offered £1 compensation then £3 compensation.

They then say you can refund it for a refund but the postage is down to you which guess what it pretty much costs the same to send it back as it did to begin.

They are SCAMMERS selling knock of products. Save your money

Absolutely shocking customer service. I bought a 5 in 1 air styler, after the fourth time of using it, it just stopped. They asked me to send a video of it not working then they sent a cock & bull email pretty much accusing me of breaking it and offered me £3 compensation!
Jokers honestly! Don’t bother!
