Terrible experience. Products unusable or missing. Return to China at own cost.
I ordered two items at the same time:
- A set of 2 replacement spool caps for the Worx WG168 grass trimmer
- A set of 2 additional caps and 6 replacement spool lines for the same model
The first order was marked as sent but never arrived. The second order did arrive, but the parts were tiny, miniature versions of what they should have been — completely unusable.
This feels like a scam. To make things worse, Fruugo’s policy requires returning the items to China at my own cost, even though the products were either missing or totally unusable.
Very disappointing experience.

I ordered an item through Fruugo that…
I ordered an item through Fruugo that arrived broken. When I contacted support, I was told I had to return it to China at my own expense, even though it was shipped from a UK warehouse. This is unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to cover international return costs for defective items. Very disappointing experience

I still didn't get my the and are being told I can just contact the customs. Now. I dont live in Holland but only working and why make it my job to contact anyone ......they will not send money back,so be aware, if you send money.....you will not see them again,even if you don't get whst you ordered.

It doesn't feel trustworthy
My product hasn't been delivered to the transport company in Spain yet (CTT Correos) and in the shipment information there's no update so far from the 10th July.
It was supossed to be delivered between the 21th and the 30th of July but I don't see how that would be possible if it hasn't even been delivered to the transport.
Also, there is no way of getting in touch with them what makes the experience and the waiting so bad.
