Lights

I paid almost 30 euros for bulbs. You sent me completely different bulbs with a price of 5 euros. You are the worst store. I will never order anything from you again!!!

Excellent customer service, though the product wasn’t as expected

I ordered Moroccanoil from Fruugo. The delivery was fast, but the product didn’t seem original — no smell, not thick, and the pump was misshaped. However, their customer service was great and very fast. They refunded me quickly, so I changed my rating to 3 stars.

High prices and fake discounts

Was ready to buy an item, priced €172 and it said it was discounted 40% down from €290. At the last moment I checked elsewhere online and the average price is 115-120 euros. So not only was it priced almost 150%. The whole discount story was fake. So I did not buy it, and this definitely deserve a bad rating for untruthful business.

Scam!

I've been waiting for my items for almost a month now. Fuugro blames the sender, the sender blames the postal service, and the postal service blames the sender. I've filed two online complaints to no avail. I can't even respond to the sender's reply. Scammer!

Communication with delivery was great

Communication with delivery was great, was informed with every move, all items came separately and I was inform for each of them for estimated arrival time, products was well received and started using them right away am very satisfied, I will be ordering again.

Terrible website from China ,they are…

After everything my problem was solved and I am very satisfied with result!!!
The bill was removed and the case was closed !!
Was a mistake and misunderstanding that was very confusing and is finally solved!!
Very happy with the outcome!!

Terrible website from China ,they are so bad and ask money from clients when they don’t do their job proper.
I order one cable that never delivered.
The post office from China can’t read proper the adres from Europe.
They couldn’t read the number of my house 51, 1 .
They read it as 511 that don’t exist.
Only post office from China they cannot read it ,everybody else all over the world can .
So I complain and try to reach them but they told me that they can’t do anything.
The product went back to o China and now they ask me to pay money for something I never received.
The ask me the money for return the product to China and tell me that i returned so i should pay .
This is fraud and even PayPal is asking me to watch out with this company,because they can’t find any transaction .
No sence at all .
They are keep on asking me the money and send me bill with PayPal .
They keep on telling me that is my mistake and I need to pay .
They have very bad client service and they are confused and mixing up emails and products.
No one wants to look and solve the situation.
I am very disappointed and I will definitely not use them again.

Wrong Items and no help from customer service

I ordered a white colour changing foundation for lightest skin and could already see on the order confirmation that it had the wrong colour (medium) on it even though the correct description was on the invoice... I immediately contacted the customer care to report but that didn't help, they sent it anyway and the one they ended up sending, which I now received and have to figure out how to return is for dark skin. Will definitely not be making use of this platform ever again.
