I just received retinal creams and I realize they are FAKE. No branding anywhere.
It's very DANGEROUS to order FAKE creams as it can have IRREVERSIBLE EFFECTS.

Just an AliExpress middleman
I wanted to buy a product from a Dutch store but turns out to be just an AliExpress middleman.
I ordered window handles, they arrived after 2 weeks and they are very poor quality. The screws simply broke when I was mounting them and I had to use my own screws.
Bottom line: if you want to by a product from China, buy directly from AliExpress and you don't have to pay a commission to middlemen like fruugo.

Counterfeit shampoo- no contact number for Fruugo
I’ve received counterfeit shampoo. I realised I was being scammed when I saw the shipment was coming from China. The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive . No PAO(period after opening), expiry not on primary packaging. Artwork not correct colour. Label poor quality. No manufacturer info. Funny can’t get hold of anyone at Fruugo! I’ve reported to Fraud and import/customs. Shocking! Why are companies like this allowed to operate?
