This is the worst online shopping…
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My package was lost by the postal service, and instead of helping to resolve the situation, the store completely ignored the problem.
Fruugo did not try to contact the delivery service properly, did not offer any solution, and most importantly — did not provide a refund. I was left without my order and without my money.
Customer support was useless and showed zero responsibility for what happened. I strongly do NOT recommend ordering from this store. If something goes wrong with your delivery, you will be on your own.

The battery didn't have an extra sticker that was mounted together with the battery. This sticker will make it easier to replace the battery in the future by pulling on this sticker.
