Ordered a car part which to be shipped from China from 16th January, the tracking information still reflecting as in transit for 13 days. Asking for information, received A.I reply which was useless. Totally disappointed after ordering from this platform.
My order never arrived and they just send automated responses when you try follow up. A scam!
Purchased a gift for my niece and it took a long time to arrive. When it arrived, it was poorly made and of a wrong sizing. The seller only refunded the cost of the item but not the postage paid too delivery the item, which they were supposed to according to the terms and conditions. Countless inquiries sent to fruugo was not responded to
