This was my first order with FSAstore.com. The item I order hadn't arrived after 3 weeks. With all the ships stacked up offshore I wasn't surprised but checked online. Fedex's tracking indicated it was delivered 2 days after the order was placed. !!! I opened a chat on FSAstore.com and their agent, Yanith, had placed a refund request within minutes.

This was the smoothest, most efficient transaction I've had in ages. I asked for store credit because I plan to reorder the same item, and I'm happy to stay with this business.

prices are 10-25% higher than Amazon, don't be fooled my the "eligibility guaranteed" and "No Receipts Needed". ordered 2 weeks ago, still waiting. my order has been "getting ready" to ship for 12 days.

AMAZON is cheaper and faster.

I was happy in overall experience except the fact that we cannot return once it's opened.

Impressed with how quickly products arrived. I really enjoyed not having to save receipts and deal with medical necessity documentation, but the wound bandage supplies (gauze rolls and pads/sponges) were not the best quality. The pads and rolls were too thin and the rolls had elastic-like threading that was catching on and around wound.

I received all products as expected. Nothing was damaged and all arrived in good shape and in a timely manner.

everything that I ordered was in one piece, and I haven't had to send anything back. I will continue to use the FSA store.

One thing to note the generic brand of Band-Aids I ordered was not the best quality. They did not stay on.
Other than that I am happy. I like the fact that they ship it to me and only have products that are already approved for my FSA account.

In an attempt to properly order FSA-approved items I decided to use the online store. This was a very disappointing experience because every time I checked the status of my order the date was changed and prolonged. I wasn't informed that the order was possibly lost in transit until I called in myself. These items were time-sensitive and now will not be in my possession. I would've been better off ordering from the Amazon FSA item list.

Some items are not available. I couldn't find any ear plugs

You sent me an email that I left something out of my order so when I tried to use the coupon it duplicated my order. I still am waiting for a return tag to send it back

Always happy with ease of ordering, and fast delivery. Also never have to worry about the receipts.
