We've been using fresh start for over 8 years, they've been amazing every step of the way. They're always willing to help, when I miss a bin collection they'll always happily come out again on another day for us, they're reasonably priced and their customer service is spot on.

My overall experience as a whole of dealing with Fresh Start across the board is generally a positive one. Had a few niggles with regards to understanding your invoicesand statements, but this now been resolved. Our Area Manager is superb, Claire is local to our business and is always upbeat, positive and professional when dealing with us. We were previously with the council and we know we made the right move.

for the first three weeks of the contract no food waste was collected, no general waste was collected. appointments were made to collect all the waste but no vehicle turned up, causing internal problems with waste and a filthy waste area that had to be hosed down and cleaned finally after the collection - not very impressive for a new customer

Today I had a meeting with Claire about setting up an account for a busy dental surgery I run. Clare arrived exactly on time and was very helpful and attentive.
Never met a more bubbly representative. From the meeting we have set up an account with Fresh and I am am hoping everything goes smoothly. So far 5 star review

Dealing with Fresh Start waste is a stroll in the park. Claire my account manager is always on hand and always ready to help when needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If it ain't broken no need to fix it. Nice one, Rick RMS Swinton branch

Moan about dust being in the bin (should be wearing PPE) also whenever they return the bin to its original place, they never apply the brake (which was on before) and it ends up rolling into the road. If some bits of rubbish miss the back of the wagon and land on the floor, they never pick the bits up. Lastly they charge you for over weight but never provide the scales report, you just have to take there word for it.

Absolutely fantastic service

Asked for updated Information as to when I could cancel my contract as I "missed" the last window while waiting to hear back from a request made. Haven't heard anything back from my account manager yet but will hopefully hear soon. They keep referring to our company being offered "free" refuse collection, however this is untrue, and merely refers to the opportunity to advertise as a target on the range which was not a hill to die on. Just a shared point from a competitor who wished to take the business, but couldn't because I "missed" the cancellation term. No slander, no criticism, just sharing the communication I've had with fresh start, a company id love to have a great relationship with seeing they are 1km away.

Received the opportunity to leave a review based upon a "recent purchase". Haven't made a purchase apart from the regular weekly collection. The guys collecting the bins are great. So 5* for them but unfortunately they don't do the account management. Still blocked on linked in from the "higher ups" for asking questions.
