We recently signed up with Fresh Start and it's been a breeze since (aside from us getting the pick up days completely wrong!). Special mention to Ashley Clarke who's looked after us since the handover - amazing customer service, always friendly and quick to respond.
Would definitely recommend using them.

I have been with Fresh Start for a number of years now since their humble beginnings in Preston. Since that time and until now, we have had a perfect service. They are extremely responsive and customer focused. I never hesitate to call them as they are responsive and ready to fulfill whatever need we have.

9 years trading in Manchester and having tried pretty much every company there is available within the region for the first 4 years we gave fresh start a chance. As with any company there is always going to be teething problems, tedious little issues, logistical problems ect, however the difference between all the others and fresh is they have a very real, rare caring area manager named Claire Dunn, and a fantastic team behind her.
Claire will always turn the negatives into positives, always on hand at any time of day and this woman could literally moves mountains single handed.
Claire and the rest of the girls from the office side have always been very professional, but with claire her level of service feels really personal and to stand alone sites like us these things matter as much as our waste being removed. Speaking of which the teams that are out on the road everyday executing the plans put in place by claire are just as professional and well mannered.
Overall a great company, very competitive pricing, and provides a personal and professional service.

Without Claire taking the time to listen and sort out numerous problems, I would have sourced another company. telephoning customer service is pointless. Not going to go into the countless issues. would be 5 stars if the whole company were as diligent as Claire. She is the only reason I am still with them.
