Love my Featherlite. I haul with an F150 with no problems. When horse camping I make the back my bedroom and the dressing room hols my porta potty. Couldn't ask for a sweeter set up.

Very nice workmanship.

Nice Trailer! Seems well built and light weight. Has the larger capacity axle and bearings and Al rims which I really like. When I purchased the trailer, it was covered with pine sap which is still there and almost impossible to remove, kinda sucks when you purchase something new $4k. Also, the dealer took me for everything I was worth. I purchased lug nuts and the charged me over $4 per nut plus delivery! The wheel knock-outs (axle covers) we $20 each! My own fault for not paying attention. Should of got them for free when I purchased the Al rims $264.

After the regretful encounter of owning a Wells Cargo, I purchased my first Featherlite. Thus far it has been a truly pleasant experience. The dealership (Mouser) is first class, all the way. The trailer is all I expected and then some. Overall, I am very please with my investment.

Took a long time to get the trailer, it was custom ordered though. There could have been some additional discussion with the seller about what we might want, ended up having a custom welding shop make some modifications to make it more capable for our needs. Overall though it is a great trailer.

I have had 4 featherlite horse trailers in the past and been happy with all of them. The newest one I have has a larger living quarters. I was somewhat disappointed because all the valves and connecting hoses were not in place upon purchase. The A/C leaked and water stained the ceiling. The gray water hose was not connected correctly and water ran out from the bottom of the trailer.

I am a precision craftsman and I wish the QC on the final product was MUCH BETTER for this overpriced trailer.

I paid for the AC unit and support package and was promised in 6 weeks and after weekly prodding it was delivered in 8 weeks (exact unit was available in 2 days from Amazon).

While removing specialty self tapping screws for the insulation improvements- 6 of the lower screws on two OSB sheets were twisted off and left in place holding NOTHING.

WHEN I finally received the AC unit and supports they quickly unloaded and left before I noticed the unit did not include the the interior parts (filter / switch / diverter assembly) and I had to call them to point out that their unit was incomplete (duh really) and they said they would contact Featherlite and have one shipped to me ASAP- along with a confirmation email.--7 days- no reply to date.

Some of the interior MIG aluminum welding is (rookie quality). I really expect more quality for the $$$$$. Even if its a utilty 1610 model.
I spoke with featherlite employee and he told me they were understaffed 100 people- out there in the stix

Sport Chassis of Texas was the only one in Texas that had this particular unit "on hand" and this dealer was friendly - but S_L_O_W for most response's.

Great trailer! Looked far and wide to find an aluminum trailer to pull our Fiat behind our motorhome. Perfect.

Purchased a new Featherlite 4941 trailer in July 2016. I have had aprox.
8 rivets in the nose of the trailer with severe water leaking problems.
The original dealer was about 500 miles away so I contacted 3 dealers within 150 miles of my area code and was told that they were not interested in water leak repairs. At this point I spent many hours diagnosing the problem and repaired it myself. It was obvious to me that Featherlite has a design problem with there gooseneck trailers. I did contact corporate about my problem and was told that they were aware of there design problem but basically that it was something that they would try to correct in the future. Be aware !

Maxey trailer was AWESOME!! it was a great low pressure experience and Elle was an amazing salesman ! I love the trailer . Pulls like a dream and is everything I wanted in one!

The Trailer is for our high school FFA Chapter. The Ag Advisors were able to spec out what they thought would be best. The dealer was very easy to work with during the process. The trailer was delivered as specified and so far we are very happy.

I Will like to see more rubber mat options as a plug and play system. Everything works perfect

I love the trailer and it works excellent! Couple of small items I would recommend; make sure customer is aware the trailers do not come with license plate holders and I would also recommend more of the interior accessories i.e. tie downs, straps etc.

Definitely worth paying more to get a superior piece of equipment

Wonderful customer experience. Took the extra time to explain everything about the Cargo Trailer I purchased, even helped me set my Suburban's brake gain for the trailer. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding product, just fit our RX450H, a bit pricey. We love it

I bought this overpriced for the quality of craftsmanship trailer 3 horse bumper pull, the window frames fills with water, the divider latches are Flimsy junk that, pop open on my horses half the time i tow it,took it in once to get fixed and still isn't right, @ time of purchase I added a rear ramp not a cheap upgrade was told would be 6 weeks or less and over two months later I call again to check say it's finished awaiting shipment then I can back two weeks later and am told it's on back order or something. I would of thought the cost and the name featherlite meant I was purchasing a supior product and the customer service that would come with purchasing a premier product.

I ordered trailer in December and did not get it until May after several promised delivery dates missed with poor excuses. The gvw rating was wrong and it took a month to get it corrected. And finally there was a 3" crease in the nose that was overlooked because of the bugs that's were not cleaned off. Have asked for some remedy but have not received a response yet.
