Excellent customer service and beautiful product

Your staff made sure that I was happy when I left the store . There was some confusion about the screws I needed for the shelving bracket I purchased. They took the extra time to make sure I had what I needed .

People working the showroom and staffing phones are very pleasant, but the follow through is lacking. I wasn't notified when products arrived for pick up. Once I got things home I found that screws were missing. I asked for the screws to be mailed but customer service never got back to me.

The table, chairs and benches I purchased over the years have been good, but it seems that staffing is a weak link

From the Source NYC is a favorite for finding beautifully made, high quality pieces. We just purchased our third piece (the first one we hadn't actually seen in person at the store), and it was delivered today. All photos from the rep, Penny, were super helpful, and she made sure the exact piece we selected from the quantity available in the warehouse was the one that actually arrived. Customer service is consistently on point-- beyond the help from Penny, the dispatch person coordinated an earlier delivery for us than offered at our request. Even the guys that dropped off the piece today were so kind, friendly and helpful. Love this company and will continue to return as we expand our collection.

impressive quality, great price

My wife and I were on the hunt for a small, collapsible table for a small space and couldn’t be happier! The table is beautiful, sturdy, and exactly what we were looking for!

We love the bar stools. They mistakenly sent a second set, but they managed to re route them back before they were delivered. I appreciated that!

I have had the best experience with the Source. I find myself coming back for more pieces to complete the collections. The quality of the pieces is exceptional, and customer service is fantastic. I had a call back to help me fine-tune my online selections ! I love this store.

Love our new Perch Stools ! Well-made, beautiful to look at, plenty of room to sit-on. The Teak & Iron combination makes a very unique statement. Pricey, but top quality. Delivery was fast & packed extremely well; shipping not in-expensive either. But we are very happy with the stools !
