So, needless to say if you're that incompetent and shut offa current account we all go. If anything you should discount mine or comp me not turn it off. Ubot charges everyday past a due date. Other than that I think you guys have good service. I haven't had any outages or problems since the 2 years I've had you $100 a month is not a bad deal but can you please get back ABC sorry NBC
No NBC. Fubo has made zero attempt to get NBC back for their streaming service. No Super Bowl and no Olympics. The only reason I keep it is for NESN and baseball but I might just switch to NESN360. Do not purchase this streaming service.

Best thing about Fubo is the unlimited DVR. The rest... eh. The app is extremely glitchy especially on tvs. The other thing that gets me is the endless ads you have to watch to view anything on demand. Sometimes there's literally 4-5+ commercial breaks during a program but there will be 18-24 PLUS commercials at a time then when it's really glitchy they will start all over AFTER you sit thru a 9 minute commercial break. FOR AS MUCH A FUBO COSTS, I SHOULDN'T BE WATCHING AN ADDED 30 MINUTES PER PROGRAM FOR ADS!! Looking for an alternative option at this point.

Signed up for a five day trial. Canceled after 36 hours. There was a $98 charge pending, which made me suspicious so I called fubo. They assured me the cancellation hadn’t processed yet but to be patient and that $98 would fall away. Nope. Charged me the $98. I disputed it and fubo told my credit card company that I reactivated the account! So they ended up getting their $98 off of my 36 hour free trial. When I contacted fubo, their chat was my only recourse and the chat came back with the exact same sentence:” we are so sorry for your frustration. We never do refunds.”

I’d rate them zero stars if I could. I subscribed so that I could watch a football game, and canceled literally one minute after I subscribed, to ensure that I would not charged by the end of the trial. I got the cancellation confirmation and everything. Soon as the trial ended, however, I was charged 80 dollars for that month’s subscription. Upon bringing this up to fubo’s customer support, I was told I was out of luck, and my account was deleted. Don’t do business with these thieves, I’m just glad I didn’t get more money stolen from me.

The girl helping me was professional and patient with me, a 67 year old not that computer savvy. She walked me through everything step by step and took care of all my reasons for calling support yesterday,
I get so nervous with technology and recent selected Fubo. I spoke with an agent and she walked me through the Fubo app and how to find what I want watch. She was very knowledgeable, but most importantly to me, she was very kind and patient with me.

I got fubo because everything I googled said Watch English Premier League & FA Cup on fubo! I did the free trial, 1 day into it, there were 5 FA Cup matches that day. Only One of them was on fubo. And they don’t have rights for the EPL in the US so they don’t show any premier league matches. You can only watch on NBC,peacock, or USA. Which fubo does not have. So I canceled.
Signed up for free trial, canceled by deadline but they keep charging me! I have sent proof (cancelation confirmation emails) that I canceled in time but they refuse to refund me. Finally got them to stop new charges but they refuse to refund what's already been charged even though it was charged AFTER cancelation. Do not use Fubo! Total scam artists.
Get NBC back, stop commercials that play consecutively over and over, stop sound from all of a sudden blaring, stop freezing!!!! Fubo is not the best, shows a lot of shows over and over, doesn’t show more modern shows.
The fubo subscription that was taken out monthly when I changed the plan I still paid the same amount after I went to a lower plan, but fubo took channels away after I had already paid full amount.. Fubo is a rip off overpriced and pathetic customer service
