An easy company to work with
An easy company to work with, always a quick response on the phones and nothing is ever to much of a problem. When I have a new vehicle on our fleet the new fuel cards are sent within 24 hours.

The customer service i receive from the team at fuelmate is second to none. Whenever i contact the Customer Service department, i always receive a warm and friendly welcome and outstanding service, nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff make you feel like you are their No1 priority. I would thoroughly recommend Fuelmate to any colleagues in the industry.

We have been a client of Fuelmate for over 5 years and they have been upfront, clear and honest with us since the word go! Their customer service is amazing and the staff are very helpful. We are currently working with Fuelmate to find cost savings for our fleet and again, they are providing us with detailed and useful information that is actually usable.

Staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, phone calls and emails answered promptly.
