I ordered masks for work. It has been more than a month, and my order is still nowhere to be seen. Like all the other reviewers stated, I contacted the seller multiple times, and eventually started the dispute. They faked a shipping number to paypal, and paypal closed my case in favor of fullerspace. I don’t like to leave my money to those scammers for nothing, but nothing else can help.

Awful company! Ordered teacher and beautician masks and after months of waiting I received 2 blue masks in a shrink wrap package. I received several emails stating the mask is being produced and all the steps and then a fake tracking number. I am disappointed that people are having trouble getting refunds when you can clearly see that this company is a total scam!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Two months of email excuses and a phony tracking number. Customer support is horrible do not buy anything here

As others, I would give a big fat zero if possible. I too have experienced the same as you all have. I am out a lot of money! I just want my money back!! I did file a dispute with PayPal but from the sounds of it from others, they side with the 'company'...if you want to call them that. Grrr!!!😡😡

Ordered 5 replacement filters, a premium carbon mask and two breast cancer masks.
Received 2 mask(regular black masks), no premium carbon mask, and the five replacement filters, all after waiting a few days prior to two months since I've ordered.

My husband ordered a mask from Fuller space on 4/22. He's a former firefighter of 40 years but is now in a wheelchair. He wanted a mask with a firefighter scene on it. They keep telling me the mask is coming and giving me a fake tracking number. They are scammers plain and simple. We are out $41 with shipping, lesson learned.

6/16 Update: I filed a fraud report with my credit card company and they reversed the charges, got my money back. Items still never arrived.

Ordered masks on 4/27 and I'm still waiting. I do have a tracking number, lucky me, but that's all I've got so far. Contact your credit card companies and file a fraud claim. There are so many complaints about this company, wish I would have seen them sooner.

Scam company- Advertised as (2) N95 Masks. Took about 2 months to receive. Packaged in a standard letter envelope was (2) cloth-'2 layer anti-bacterial ' masks. These are definitely not N95 Masks and not worth the nearly $70 spent. Working with PayPal to get a refund. This company should be shut-down. ABSOLUTELY NO MORAL COMPASS -

Sorry to everyone, just like me who has had an awful experience with this company, but the best way to get your money back is to contact your bank directly, give them the date and dollar amount that was paid, they’re also going to have you forward all email communications that you’ve had with fullerspace, they will return your money to your account and they will investigate fullerspace and get the money back from them. Same as everyone else. I irdered my masks , paid $75, and it is may 31st, and nothing. I asked for a refund, and their response was sending me another email , with another tracking number that doesn't work.i have emails back and forth since April 7th saying it is on its way. But when I log into my USPS app, it says the carrier is waiting for the item. I'm going to contact my credit card company today to get the refund . VERY disappointed . And communication is horrible.

FullerSpace - COMPLETE SCAM - my story is the same as many others. Ordered 2 'Real Estate 2020' face masks with filters. Charged on April 16. Today is May 30. After filing a dispute with PayPal, seller sent a tracking number. I received a product today. Product name is GemFox02 - Two layers anti-bacterial cloth mask - included in the shrink wrapped package are two very small, baby blue masks - probably worth a total of $5. Not at all the product I ordered and paid more than $67 for. There should be a way to close down this site.

This is a scam. I ordered two masks with prints and some filters back on April 2ND they charged my card on April 6th 2020. I have been getting the run around since april 14th 2020. They keep telling me that they are on there way, but still have not received these items. I have all my emails that go back that far. I asked for a phone number to call and talk to somebody, but they just keep telling me its on the way.

I ordered 3 masks back in April and have yet to receive tracking information. I keep getting email update saying O your order's ready but we don't have your tracking number. We will let you know when it ships. Does anyone know what the paypal charge will say on bank statement?

It’s really a shame that we all has been taken by the business. I order my mask on April 13th and still no product. They offer a iPhone case and that came in for the wrong phone. That was 2 weeks ago. So please if you are thinking about order from the company save your money. They are a fraud.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered $55 on masks and some how got charged $71, then got an additional charge that I didn't approve for "international shipping".

Ordered on 4/18/2020, was emailed on 5/1/2020 that my order had shipped. 15 days later and no masks. I see the tracking number they sent me states that a label was created on 5/4/2020 but the USPS still has not received the product to ship to me.

I paid with Visa card, but some how they charged my PayPal acct and then PayPal charged my bank account. So trying to cancel through PayPal and PayPal is basically saying I'm the scammer. If I cancel through my bank will put a black mark on my PayPal account.

My experience is similar to the others here. Placed order on 4/28/20 was told on 5/10/20 that it was ready to ship (this was after receiving emails asking for more time due to the pandemic). On 5/12 I received an email stating that there was a shipping delay due to the USPS - they were taking extra precautions due to the pandemic leading to a shortage of personnel and postmen. I knew this wasn't true and, through a series of emails, learned that while they give the impression of being a US company by listing Houston, TX is their "headquarters", Fuller Space (also known as Lushgood) makes and ships their products from China. As of today, I've been told that I cannot cancel my order or get a refund because my order is currently in production. Even though is was boxed and ready to ship on 5/10/20? I have lodged complaints with the FTC, CPB, and BBB. I urge everyone to do the same and reach out to the Houston County Clerk at 713/755-6411 and the Texas Secretary of State at 512/463-5555. Hopefully this will shut down the Fuller Space website.

I placed my order over a month ago, paid for expedited shipping and still have yet to receive it and cannot receive any correct tracking information. I can normally give companies a break if things happen and someone drops the ball. However, I have emailed over and over again just to be told the same thing that "it should be there soon." When there is no proof that it was even sent out! I would say this has been one of the worst customer service's I've experienced and there isn't even a number I can be given to talk to a real person for a refund. Very sad... Won't try to buy from this company again.

This company is a scam, beware! They continue to provide fake tracking information which goes nowhere. I bought two masks with more filter which cost me over $125. Don't be fooled by there money-back guarantee, they won't refund you. I've been trying for over four weeks to get my money back. Also, don't pay w/ PayPal...

Definitely a scam. Been waiting for over a month for masks with nothing received. And they will even have a fake tracking number sent to you that shows items waiting to be shipped somewhere in NY. Email states due to pandemic, there are delays. Lies!!! Disputing the charges with the bank and getting my money back!!!
