Unfortunately, I am going through what everyone else has been going through. I ordered 3 items. It was 2 masks and extra filters. According to their website my items would ship in 3-5 days and be received in 10-15 days. I kept getting updates that my masks are taking longer than expected, and here's a discount code for your trouble, and even one that said my masks were done. YAY......NOT!!!!!! Now silence. It is my own fault for not looking into them more before I ordered, but when asked they claimed the masks were made in the USA, which led me to believe it was probably legit. Like I said, my own fault. Red flags went up as soon as the charge shown as a company called LushGoods out of Hong Kong. Do not order from this company or Lush Goods.

Ordered and contacted them. Won't give a refund, they constantly keep you updated for 2 weeks then say that the post office is short on workers, there's a delay but then nothing more.

I ordered an adult Queen Bee mask with replaceable filters on April 1. I received a mask, child sized and no print, on the 27th. Slow shipping I can forgive considering all that is happening with Covid 19. When contacting customer service they refuse to recognize that there is anything amiss. They keep providing me with a tracking number that has ALREADY been delivered and are now asking to see photos of the incorrect mask and the shipping label on the packaging I have received. This is not an unreasonable request, but after sending photos they still refuse to either refund me or ship out the correct mask. SCAM.

Fraud. I had the same problem as everyone else on here. Order April 12th received fake USPS tracking number on April 23rd. Emailed support May 1st and Harper Smith asked me to give them a chance to ship my order. I dug into this company a little more. The domain Fullerspace.com was registered as a website March 27th, 2020. Not only is it a brand new website they registered in Denver - PO Box 1769. I live in Denver and I know it doesn't take 15 days to ship something to me. I have reported this company to the FTC and my bank.

If I can give it a zero I would. A scam. Reported them to PayPal. Ordered a mask on 4/12 and was told on 4/23 it shipped out to their shipping agent and I would get tracking. Now all emails are being ignored. No tracking number given yet. Another company from China stealing our money. Shame on them

I recently placed 2orders with his company for MASKS. One order to be shipped to me and the 2nd order to be shipped to a family member. According to their website both orders should have been received by us at the end of April. It is now May and they are NOWHERE in site. This company is a SCAM through and through. Their webpage shows a Houston,Texas address but according to my credit card company they are called LUSHGOODS from Hong Kong!!

Don't order from them and if you have place an immediate dispute through your method of payment used!!!

Be careful with this company. I placed a order April 14th. I still have not received it nor have they contacted me. Their website has no phone # and you can only contact them by email (red flag)! I would feel bad for someone who did not have a lot of money to spend!

I ordered 3 items from fullerspace.com 1 month ago: 2 masks + 3 additional filters due to COVID19. I heard nothing for over a week, despite sending 4 emails inquiring about my order. When it finally shipped, it took 2 weeks for me to receive only a partial order. One of the 2 masks I ordered was not included - despite their email saying it had shipped. I requested a refund and received an email response 24 hours later saying my final item would ship in a few days. Not only has it still not shipped, but I’ve sent another 3 emails to their “support”, only to again be ignored. I’m furious anyone would take advantage of people during this time! I not only needed these masks (the other was for someone else), but could have bought from a company that is actually legitimate & sends out full orders as purchased. I spent almost $80 here. I feel completely taken advantage of.
It’s also important to note here that 3 of my friends made large purchases at the same tome I did. NOT ONE OF THEM HAS YET RECEIVED THEIR ORDER! Like my experience, emails to support go unanswered, or you might get an email saying your item will ship in a few days (as 2 of us did), but then never receive a tracking number, or your purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM FULLERSPACE.COM! You will regret it!
