Returned my purchase via Aust Post. Tracking showed goods were received in Botany.
Not a word since ..one month has passed.
No reply on their support address.
Obviously a complete dud.

Would give minus 5 stars if it were possible. This is an awful company to buy from and deal with. It is NOT in the UK and based and operates from China with a very poor customer service. Ordered some Tankinis and wanted to return as they didn’t fit and were of poor quality for the price. Over 3 months later and having to get PayPal involved I’ve received a partial refund and I’m also out of pocket for the £30 return fees to send it back to China!!!
Worst service ever!!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Only got part of my order. Need to return items but all I get from them is an offer of a partial refund and no return label.
Wish I had never dealt with them.
Hope I have success with PayPal over it.

My swimsuit came within expected delivery time and really pleased with it.
True to size and fits well and looks good.
I did send an email to them as couldn't track my item but within 24 hrs I had a very positive reply.

I have bought a swimming costume. It is TOO BIG and I want to exchange for a smaller size. They do not respond to my requests for an address to send to
just ignored.. I am still hoping to get a response and when I do I will let you all know

I should have read the reviews more carefully. The suit did not fit so I emailed according to their directions to get instructions for a return. I emailed with this request 4 TIMES over a 1 week period and no reply. They say they are happy to take returns for unused items and refund you, but there is no way to contact them or to get a reply. Do NOT recommend.

Waited 3weeks before receiving half my order and after numerous times of trying to contact them with no answers. Could not trace shipped information with site they gave me nor able to get any response as to delivery date. Still no action on my emails to them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Would give them a big fat '0' if I could ladies :( This company says it will readily exchange or refund items on the request of a return label. Have emailed them around 6 times now over a 3 month period and a big fat nothing!!! And I didn't even want a refund, I wanted to keep one item as is and exchange the other 2 items for a larger size, but even that seemed to be too hard for them. Oh wait, I have to admit they did get back to me once several weeks and repeat emails later, asking me for the order number... which I had already given them along with a copy of their original invoice and receipt! So I guess I could give them a 1 for trying a little, but did they really, since they already had all the info upfront! Never heard back from them since or will I I suspect, it's extremely poor behaviour IMO and they've lost any future money or referrals from me. I wish countries like Australia, who generally have good standards of consumer protections, could do better to regulate or bar companies like this from trading here. It's unfair to both consumers and local companies, with consumers often not realising these type of companies are often set-up and run from elsewhere outside of the jurisdiction until it's too late!

This is a Drop Shipping set up with no UK address or phone number. There is nothing about them in companies house, so they simply do not exist in any real sense in the UK. We got no response to multiple emails, so resorted to Facebook and eventually got a reply. They then hide behind the fact that their warehouse is in China, so YOU must pay for the return postage and they even point out that return postage will cost you more than you paid for the product. This is a totally dishonest and shabby organisation, DO NOT TOUCH THEM!!

What a terrible company. They take your money but will not return any emails if you want to return anything.
They should be reported to the Trading Standards.
Don't buy from this company. Its a shame as their swimming costumes are very nice and of good quality, its their customer service that is awful

I am trying to get a refund and can’t find who to send item back to

I like many others, it would appear, have emailed and asked for a return label and address as the swimsuit is too big around top of legs. So my modesty could be at risk! I have emailed three times, Been trying to get a phone number but to no avail. The costume is nice quality but such a shame the company!!!

Do Not purchase from them, impossible to return the item if it doesn’t fit. You never hear from them and it says contact them via email for a return label but they don’t respond.

I would give them nil if I could, like other people you cannot return items! I stupidly ordered 3 costumes and they’re very nice, and a good price, but I only want one, I should have read these reviews first! As it’s totally impossible to get a return label, I don’t mind paying to return it, but I don’t need 3 costumes especially living in the UK!! At least I shall never have to buy another costume!!

Ordered two costumes. Received one but not the other. Have emailed them but no reply so will have to cancel the payment with my credit card company. A shame because I like their swimming costumes but won’t be ordering from them again .

Please don't order from this site. The costume was good quality, but I needed a size exchange. I can't get any response from them and trying several times. After reading the reviews I am worried that if I post it back to them I won't receive my exchange. I usually read reviews first before purchasing but unfortunately I didn't this time. BE WARNED.

They don’t respond to emails. No return address given. Parcel came from China. The only mistake i make with this site. They should NOT be allowed to pretend these items ship within Australia. FRAUDS. No second chance

Scam do not buy. Swimsuit arrrived 6 weeks later after asking to be cancelled and refunded twice. E mail told me to ‘be patient and wait for delivery’.

I claimed via bank and miraculously the swimsuit arrived. Not the colour advertised. Black not bright blue as the photo showed.
