I think this website must be a scam. After one month I have not received my goods and they keep giving a tracking number which shows it has arrived in Australia bit no details of who is delivering the item. Have asked for refund. Waiting for response.

No stars really . Three items ordered and paid for. Only two arrived . Eventually got refund for missing item through PayPal . Want to return other two items . Told to choose other items . Then the ‘Leader!’ apparently agreed to a refund . No refund. Now ignoring my emails asking for a return address . Asking chargeback at my bank to see if I can get this refund . I didn’t read reviews before ordering unfortunately.

Swimsuit didn’t fit sent back for a refund refuses to refund despite proof item has been returned by Evri. Now not answering. Please do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a swimsuit which does not fit and the company won't accept a return after I followed the right procedure, they refuse to send a return note because they say it would cost more to send back to China than the swimsuit is worth, even though this was ordered through a UK website, then they had the nerve to also suggested I could reorder something else and donate the swimsuit that is no good.

AVOID… I would give zero stars if I could. You are unable to return and they don’t respond to emails regarding returns. Swimwear is poorly made so save your money and buy elsewhere. I wish I had checked this company out before buying from them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Tried to reach company's email to get a refund , the email address is not legitimate. No telephone number available either. Wish I had read these remarks before ordering. Now out $100

Despite the recent poor reviews, I am delighted with the tankini. It fits well and looks great. The delivery date was a little late, but that was no problem.

I have been trying to return a badly fitting swimsuit for 3 weeks. I have followed the instructions on the website and emailed the company to start the process as instructed. I have had no response despite repeatedly trying.
This company should not be allowed to trade, an absolute scam. Do NOT buy from this company. I would have given zero stars if possible.

I would not rate this company, state in the UK however you have to return items to china which is not cost effective. Cost is more than my order. After various conversations with customer services, they now wont reply to my emails just ignore them!
I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them.

I agree with previous reviews, company stated uk based but when asked for refund on return advised based in China and the cost of return would be very high. Offered a small refund and to keep the product. I believe this is some type of scam / rogue company. I would never order from the again and advise others to do the same.

Love the bathing suit! Received it exactly 2 weeks from date of order. Sizes run small so glad I ordered one size up.

I would give no stars if I could. Purchased 2 swimsuits. Neither fitted and pretty much fell off as soon as i got in the water. The material has no real stretch - which is crucial for a swimsuit. Asked to send them back. they offered me a very small amount of money and advised that "as the postage to China is very expensive, it would cost more than the swimsuits - which I paid $100 for. They advertise there website as Fullfitall.com.au - which should mean they are an operate their company in Australia - but it is not so. To use the .com.au in your domain, and not operate in Australia is fraudulent, and this company should be banned from using the .com.au so that the Australian public is not misled into believe they are working with a local supplier. When I questioned them on it - they stopped all communications. Do not waste your money with this terrible company. Just give your money to a charity instead of throwing it to a misleading Chinese company

I have received one item out of 3 ordered. Despite a lot of communication by email this problem has not been sold. I have been asked to re order which I have done over and over but still with no result

Brought £140 worth of swimsuits from this company and needed to return £125 worth of them, I emailed and got the returns address, I had to send back to china which I sent tracked and signed as it was £125 worth, that was in September they received the package back in October and with lots of back-and-forth of me asking for a refund and them telling me it would be in my bank within a couple of days. This happened multiple times. I decided to tell them I would get my bank involved in which they replied with They would give me a £20 refund and that would be all out of £125, I declined this, and since I have ignored me on every platform so I’ve had no choice but to warn other people of this site,
