I made a silly mistake and asked about finding a solution to my problem. I was helped to understand why I had a problem and they offered to help by looking for a replacement part. Super service on short notice
After reaching out to Cloe and Duncan that I needed M16 bolts instead of the standard M14 ones they swiftly arranged a FedEx shipment to Croatia as we where leaving from the Netherlands on our holidays on short notice and sending it to our home would be to late. So by this great service the bolts arrived earlier than us in Croatia and after mounting them the Nemesis Plus fitted perfectly. Chloe and Duncan thanks again for your great support and service

Having found a problem with my ageing “Excalibur “ wheel lock, I emailed Customer Services. Duncan replied outlining the potential problem and how it may be solved. The was problem was exactly as he predicted and remedied. Excellent, prompt customer service. Thank you.

Duncan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how to fix the lock but if that didn't work he said I could return it amd made that easy for me. I did that and got a replacement 2 days later which fitted perfectly. Thank you.
Exemplary Customer Sevice
Having used the Gemini wheel lock for the past four years, we recently swapped caravans requiring the lock to be adjusted unfortunately the grub screws had rusted and whilst I managed to remove them, the heads stripped, then whilst trying to refit them I discovered due to the level of rust the grub screws wouldn’t fully screw into the tubes to secure the lock. I reached out to Fullstop and received a very positive reply from Duncan almost straight away and who over the next day went above and beyond all my expectations managing to find not only some replacement grub screws but also the tube itself and then arranging next day delivery with the items arriving a little over 44 hours since my initial email. 💯 outstanding customer service.

I changed my Motorhome and found the wheel nuts were a larger size on the new one, so the receiver bolts for my Nemisis Plus wheel lock were too small. I messaged the team and 48 hours later I took delivery of 2 M16 size receiver bolts that fitted my new wheels! Great quick service, thank you guys!

Excellant service in sorting out a warrenty claim. Duncan sent out promptly a replacement lock and when that did not work sent out a replacement wheel clamp body , a replacement key for one that got damaged in transit.This is what customer service should all about.

I was so impressed with the swift response to my lock faular. With in eight days I had my lock removed and a replacement arrived today and fitted on my Nemesis Ultra Wheel Lock, securing my caravan. There was no problem with my faulty lock and I will surley make sure I will, when needed buy another wheel clamp from Fullstop Security

It is probable that the problem is the ariel, so they posted one 1st class to me. I haven't fitted it yet, but whatever the outcome Purple Line could not have been more helpful. Just outstanding service!
