Do not do business with this company…
Do not do business with this company and if you did, hire an attorney immediately. This company will spread your personal financial information to other parties without your consent. They will send emails with the details of your loan and payments and cc other email addresses in the company without your consent. They will also file multiple UCC’s on your business using both the business address and your home address. ALSO their CEO went to PRISON for FRAUD!!! Do not do business with them!!!

I'm sorry you may have had a bad experience. Not every business owner can get approved for a loan. Unfortunately you did not pass the underwriting process. You may have had UCC's from other Lenders. CEO information is inaccurate. We would be more than happy to process your file again in the future if your business is looking for future funding. Thank you.
