SCAM BILLING
SCAM BILLING PRACTICE! BE CAREFUL! They will rebill you automatically every month if you don't pass an evaluation. Then the catch is if you don't notice within 5 days, they shut off that account, and you're not allowed to trade it.
I nicely asked for a reset or a refund, but they would not issue. Clearly, this is a way they make tons of extra money on people who can't track everything all the time.
IF NOT, THEY WOULD GIVE YOU A NOTIFICATION OR A RECEIPT THAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO BE BILLED OR THAT YOUR PAYMENT WENT THROUGH - THEY DO NEITHER!!!! That is a scam tactic.
ALSO - They won't even tell me which credit card they charged, so I can't dispute the charges - there is NO RECEIPT. and NOTHING in the dashboard to show you!!!! SCAM ALERT BIG TIME
There are 20 other WAY better prop firms that help you, not try to scam you - do not trust this company.

We would like to formally address your review, as we believe it was written emotionally and does not fully reflect the facts of the situation.
First and foremost, as the account holder, you are ultimately responsible for your account, all activity associated with it, and the management of your subscriptions. You are correct that your account continued to be billed; however, this occurred because the account being a subscription, which renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled by the user.
At no point prior to the renewal date was the subscription canceled on your end. Due to this, and in accordance with our policies, you remained responsible for the charges incurred. For that reason, we were unable to provide a refund or complimentary accounts for what was ultimately a user side oversight.
While we do not currently offer emailed receipts for subscription renewals, this does not change the validity of the charges or the user’s responsibility to monitor and manage their active subscriptions accordingly.
Additionally, we would also like to address the conduct that ultimately resulted in your removal from the server. Threats made toward members of our team are taken seriously, and we will not respond to intimidation, coercion, or attempts to pressure staff into reversing policy decisions.
We understand that frustrations can arise in trading, particularly when outcomes do not align with expectations. However, labeling a company as a “scam” simply because a dispute did not resolve in your favor is both inaccurate and misleading. Our payout history and the experiences of traders who consistently follow the rules speak for themselves.
We wish you the best in your future trading endeavors.
