Payed for some accounts but the system had some delays in completing the purchase. Contacted support and TEE was able to assess the situation with swiftness and I received my accounts. Great firm overall, any issues I’ve had have been resolved with the upmost attention!

Good firm i suggest to try. you guys banned me can I’m writing to ask if my account/access could be reconsidered.
I want to apologize for how I reacted after being banned. I let my frustration get the better of me and I responded poorly, and I’m sorry for that. I understand it may have looked bad on my end.
I’m also willing to post a public apology on Twitter if that would help resolve this.
I’d really appreciate the chance to explain my side and have this looked at again. Please let me know what else you need from me.

I am pleased with the support I received from Ankur after having some issues with receiving my account. The situation was handled professionally and swiftly.

Overall I had good experience with dashboard and customer service. Though the biggest downfall for me was the amount of payouts being denied because of my WiFi supposedly using vpn and bot usuage. I called my WiFi services and they claimed this not being true. I will still continue to use their services and try again but I missed out in 4 payouts for these reasons.

I don't recommend this propfirm since they can terminate you whenever they want if you're about to get a payout or already had too much of them.

They ban you for VPN usage, like a lot of a people it happened for no serious reason. They just want to get rid of you.

They can breach contract, they did it to me 1 day before payout en their "live" program that obviously doesn't exist.

Stay away from them, if you ask them about what happened on their discord you get instant ban.

If I broke rule a first time, why didn't I get instantly ban ? I gave you all the proof that I was travelling to another country justify different IP adress, you didn"t banned me.
But 1 day from payout you ban me ? Stop lying please. People deserve to know who they are working with.Thus, There is plenty of traders on reddit that had the same issue, banned 1 day from payout.
They also erased a 50k funded account that I had when they decided to put me in 'live' program, for no reason :')

Also, I've asked you to give me proof of your VPN flag. You didn't.

I had an issue with some "stuck" accounts, and my guy Franky came through in the clutch! Not only was he kind, his knowledge allowed him to resolve my issue EXTREMELY quick. Top tier customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Funded Futures Family.
I successfully traded my Premier 150K funded accounts and submitted a payout request for approximately $12,000. After several days under review, my payout was denied and all of my funded accounts were permanently closed.
The reason given was that their compliance system detected a "shared hardware device fingerprint" linking my account to another user profile. I was shown a screenshot referencing another username that I do not recognize.
I want to be clear that I have never knowingly shared my account or computer with another trader, never used a trade copier, VPS, or remote desktop, and all of my trading was done personally from my own computer.
I respectfully disputed their finding and requested additional clarification regarding how this determination was made. Unfortunately, I was informed that their decision was final and that no further appeals would be considered.
I understand that prop firms need strong compliance policies to protect their business, and I support enforcing legitimate rule violations. However, in my case, I was left with more questions than answers and no meaningful opportunity to challenge what I believe was an incorrect conclusion.
If you're considering trading with this firm, just be aware that payout reviews can include device fingerprint investigations, and if your account is flagged, the decision may be final.
I hope the company continues improving its review and appeals process so traders who genuinely believe a mistake has been made have a fair opportunity to present their case.
