The site is good, everything is very simple. But unfortunately the site itself does not help to promote. I have collected 0 in 5 days.

Fundrazr delivers. I had a terrible experience with GoF***Me, moved to Fundrazr last spring, and am very happy to have moved. I especially like the way funds are immediately transferred. (GoF***Me allowed my donations to accumulate and then stole them!!!!) The one thing I haven't figured out at Fundrazr is a super-easy way to thank donors. If there is a system alerting you to a donation and offering an easy way to thank the donor I haven't found it. But other than that, Fundrazr is perfect.

It really did help in an addition to family and love ones being unbelievably supportive. The only thing that I mind was the 2.5% +$.30 charge per transaction. I did not notice or read that until the end but I do understand why. 😕

I choose this Crowd Funding because of their support system. I needed money for legal fees for Small Claims Court. I was impress with this Crowd Funding site. The others I contacted not much of support. FundRazr was perfect for a beginner like myself.

We used FundRazr to help raise money for our trip to the Club Baseball World Series, and it was easy and convenient. The only thing I was not a fan of was how much they pull from the campaign. If you have contributors giving small amounts of the money, the $.30 transaction fee kills you.

It was very helpful as it connected to PayPal.

Your site was easy to use but i have an issue with the charges you put in place. We were donated nearly $7000 for our project to support indian orphanages to buy footballs, kits and sporting equipment. Of this 7 grand you took your 7% which works out at around $450. This money could have bought a whole football teams shirts and equipment in India. There is no way in the world that your costs for maintaining the website overheads etc. could have been anywhere near this figure.

To be honest i dont know how you can get away with this. It's almost criminal! i would be interested to know how much of your revenue goes to charity if any. SORT IT OUT GUYS.

Very helpful staff and easy to use platform. Had no issues adding perks or maintaining the page.

Would really like to edit the subject line for emails. I think it becomes easy for followers to delete the email before opening and reading as the campaign progresses. When they all appear the same in the inbox there's nothing to hook them into openimg it.

I like the way FundRazr is set up and the features it offers, BUT there is WAY too much interference from "coaches," too many suggestions and WAY WAY too many emails. Most people doing crowdfunding are probably already experienced in how to manage it, so people don't really need to have their hands held through every step of the way. It was really annoying.

Loved the platform. We had a slight challenge getting setting up (We Pay vs PayPal). After that, no snags at all.

We set up a campaign with FundRazr in April the day after the dreadful news of the earthquake disaster in Nepal. My husband is from here and I have been here many times.
This site is easy to use and linked to social media sites. Word got around and money was raised quickly and easily. Payment went through to the site to our paypal account, where it could then be transferred it to Nepal. We launched the campaign on Sunday and instantly received donations, by Monday money started arriving in Nepal and was given to families who had been affected. We were able to work at an incredible speed thanks to FundRazr. Importantly we were able to send updates on FundRazr site to the donators so they could see how their money was being used.
FundRazr charges a commission which is a suitable amount and we were happy to pay this as the cost of building our own site to launch a similar campaign would have exceeded the amount they charged. The admin team were quick to reply to any questions. There are no hesitations in recommending this site. Thanks FundRazr.

This was easy to set up easy to monitor and happy with results

FundRazr was straight-forward and easy to set-up. I didn't really feel like the "coaching" was necessary in my case, as my fundraiser was very successful and their coaches comments appear just to be churned out without anyone from FundRazr really knowing how your project is going. I liked how easy it was to post to Facebook and that I was notified when someone made a contribution, but those notifications unexpectedly stopped toward the end and FundRazr can't figure out what happened. Overall, a good experience and I may use them again in the future.

Very easy to use; good reporting; fast cash clearing. It worked for me!

Great platform for info sharing and raising funds though missed a personal subpage creation option for the project. People would be more motivated to raise funds when they can create a subpage for any project.

It was so easy to set up, fees are reasonable. You get the funds transferred into your bank account and PayPal account quickly! Support is offered to you if needed. Very positive experience.

FundRazr was simple to use, easy to set up, follow the guidelines, 1, 2, 3 and make some artistic choices. They provide great advice for a successful campaign and the fees and costs are very well spelled out in advance - no surprises.

We reached our goal of $1500 in 14 hours and got a lot of compliments on the lovely fund raising site.
