Losing my mother has been the single most difficult experience I have ever endured. However, through these tough times Armstrongs Funeral Service has been fantastic. Very supportive and understanding of my requirements and I would strongly recommend them to others. Thank you Armstrongs for the beautiful send off for my mother, and your care and professionalism along this journey.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Armstrongs. After losing my wife, and having to take make all of the funeral arrangements, I had already visited 3 other funeral directors, while try to find the right people to take care of her.
By chance a friend of mine recommended Armstrong's from personal experience and I arranged an appointment. The first thing, is that the person you meet isn't just a representative, they are the person who will look after everything on the day, and that i found very reassuring, having one point of contact. Louise answered all of my questions, was truly sympathetic, and made the whole experience respectful and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble.
The day itself, went exactly as it should have. Flowers were photographed so that I didn't have to, cars arrived on time, every moment was handled smoothly and respectfully. The team took care of everything, leaving me and our family able to concentrate on what we were there for.
For anyone choosing a funeral director, you will be in very safe hands.

When dad passed away in the hospice, we had no idea what to do. I called Armstrong Funeral Directors as they were just down the road and had arranged my aunts funeral last year. I was not disappointed with the help and care we received. All the staff were so kind, caring and considerate. Armstrongs dealt with Dad’s funeral arrangements with dignity, humility and utter professionalism. From collecting Dad from the hospice to attending to the laying of the ashes at the cemetery and making the grave look neat and tidy. Nothing was too much for them.
Special thanks to Louise for her help and support and compassion throughout. We couldn’t have got through this sad time with out you.

Armstrongs were fantastic from the first phone call to the beautiful photos of Mum's flowers and a tree dedication after the funeral. As I am relatively new to this area i had no idea, or thought that i would need the use of a funeral director, just yet.
Fortunately for me my daughter's inlaws were very happy to recommend Armstongs to us.

Armstrongs provided a wonderful funeral service, led by Oliver, for my mother in March. Oliver handled everything with huge respect, dignity and kindness, from collecting Mum’s body from her nursing home, through deciding all the arrangements, to the funeral itself, in North Norfolk, making the logistics more complicated than usual. Everything was done quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail. The service and interment went very well and the follow-up a few days later, with details of donations etc, was much appreciated. Very impressive and highly recommended.

Armstrongs were amazing from start to finish. Louise was with us from collecting my Dad from his home, to arranging collection of his ashes. Always with a big hug and such genuine compassion and care. We were carried gently through every step we needed to take and our welfare was always paramount. The assurance that our loved one was being cared for throughout carried us through a difficult time. Every staff member was thoughtful and caring. We have very recently used Armstrongs Funeral Service for the second time in 6 years.

In 2020, my Brother died suddenly and we went to Armstrongs and asked that they deal with his funeral arrangements, a task that they completed with dignity, humility and utter professionalism.

Last Friday, the 27th of March, Armstrongs dealt with my Father's funeral arrangements and service, we went back to them after 6 years, because of the excellent service that they provided.

Absolutely everything that they did for us was very carefully considered, every question that they posed, was done so with delicacy and thought, nothing was left to chance and above all else, their communication was seamless and faultless.

At a time when you are dealing with a very difficult situation, we found Armstrongs to provide a most fantastic support, they thought of everything, Louise Haynes who dealt with us almost exclusively, was faultless, her nature was sympathetic and understanding and she went above and beyond to ensure that Father's funeral was something that we would remember for all of the right reasons; an absolutely impeccable service!!

Myself and my younger siblings chose Armstrong's for our mum's funeral , they also did our dad's . Very professional but also took that extra step checking on us and how other arrangements were going . Met with our arranger Louise who again showed great professionalism and spoke clearly and explained everything about the day of funeral but still showed great compassion to family members who had lost a loved one. On the day of mum's service again we were spoken to clearly and again with compassion ,mum's service was full of tears and lots of laughter also and great memories just what she would of wanted .
