As Alice shared on Monday, we have issued a full refund for your memorial poster. Please allow 5-10 days for processing, depending on your bank. While we do everything we can to meet delivery windows, delays with the carrier are unfortunately outside of our control, and we deeply apologize that this happened in your case.
When services are very close to the order date, we do always recommend selecting overnight shipping to help reduce the risk of any unexpected carrier delays.

The print I ordered turned out perfectly. I had been concerned about certain photos that I selected not to crop. All the photos were sized equally and beautifully. I was disheartened that there was no standard shipping option. The discount I took advantage of was added back to the total on the cheapest shipping options. I think you can do better for your customers already incurring unexpected costs.

Celebration of Life Memorial Board
I ordered a poster backed by foam board for my MIL’s service and it turned out beautifully. This was the second time ordering this type of picture from them, first was for my mom’s service. Both times I received my item quickly and the quality was very nice. Highly recommend, thank you.
