An extremely easy-to-use website for customizing my dad’s portrait. I uploaded a photo from our family album and replaced the background with a majestic mountain scene (one of the options on Funeral Prints). The final result was a large, beautifully framed photo that was tasteful and elegant, and it arrived right on time for his funeral. Thank you for making this sad time in my life a little easier.

I happened to find this website last minute and so glad I did! I needed memorial cards for my father's celebration of life. Thinking I could get them somewhere else in time and when I couldn't, funeral prints came to the rescue, delivering in only 2 days and they came out just the way they looked online.

Customer service. The site is not user friendly for all design.ended up paying twice for a poster, customer service gave only 50% best it was appreciate.

Regarding the 2-day delivery, we sincerely apologize for the delay with your first order. While we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier and can occasionally be impacted by unforeseen circumstances. We completely understand how frustrating this is, and we would be happy to refund the shipping cost for the inconvenience.
As for the duplicate poster order, we truly understand how upsetting it can be to notice a spelling error after an order has been placed. Since each item is custom printed, we were glad we could offer a 50% discount on the reprint to help correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
