I just hired this place to send a couple of the Boss Baby birthday party costume characters to a boy's 4th bday party. We did the whole party in Boss Baby theme stuff and since it's kind of a newer character still it's a little bit harder to find things to fit that theme, especially in our area. But the good news is that this place will actually deliver the costume right to your door, and it's pretty much anywhere you live. We rented two of the Boss Baby's, I don't know their names but it was one boy and one girl so we'd have something for everyone. The costumes looked GREAT and you could tell they were pretty much brand new. The characters really made our party a hit and everyone was super surprised when a couple of real-life Boss Baby characters walked into the living room holding a birthday cake because we didn't tell anyone in advance. A fun kid's party idea and they have other mascots available for rental as well.

Our school recently did a Minions theme event for a fundraiser. We didn't really know what our options were for Minions type stuff in our area. We ended up hiring a Minions themed jumper house as well as an adult sized Minions mascot costume from this place. Both items turned out great and were well beyond our expectations. The jumper came on time and looked great and definitely fit with our party theme. The Minions adult mascot costume was really special, it looked great and was definitely a big hit. The kids loved having a real live Minions costume character suddenly appear at the event! We got lots of cool pictures and it helped take our event up a notch. I notice they have lots of other cool mascot costumes for rent so we will probably stick with them and hire something else if we do the same event next year.

We wanted to do a Super Mario theme birthday party for a 4 year old boy recently. I did a little bit of internet searching and came across this company. One thing they have which is actually really cool is you can rent a Mario or another type of mascot costume from them and they will ship it to you pretty much anywhere. It's a lot cheaper than having to hire a live party character entertainer. And in our case it was pretty much our only option because in our area there is no one that has actual live Mario costume character performers. So this was actually the next best option, and it turned out to be great. We got the costume dropped at our door 3 days before our actual party date. We didn't even have to be there when it came, UPS left it for us which is great because we both are at our job during the day time. The Mario costume looked great and fit perfect. It was worn by a man about 6' tall and the fit was no problem. It's a little bit hard to see out of the costume but of course, what do you expect it's a mascot right. Anyway it's not really an issue because we didn't do much with the costume on except give high fives and hugs to kids, take pics and sing happy birthday. The birthday boy was SOOO excited that Mario got to come to his party. I would say if you have a kid that is into costume characters and you want a good, cheap option or there isn't a place to hire in your area, definitely you could use this place. The mascot rentals look great, they come on time and it's a low - cost way to give your kids a treat on their birthday!

I’m having my baby girl a 1st birthday party in January, 2021. With that being said, I just placed my order/reservation with fun factory to have my Cocomelon character come out and a petting zoo as well. Well I’m here to say that during my reservation I was being helped by a man named Jeff and he actually helped me out pretty well. I asked him about a change of location within the same area and he answered me with great customer service. He walked me through on how to go about changing the times for when the items will be arriving. I can’t wait until the day of my baby girls birthday party to see the look on her face when she sees Cocomelon and a petting zoo! Thank you fun factory and thank you Jeff!! *SIDE NOTE*.. it’s my first time ordering anything online and I hope fun factory makes my first online order well worth it :) . THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! I was looking for a place to hire a cookie monster birthday party character for our son's recent 3rd birthday party. At first I wanted to hire a live party character to actually come entertain the kids. But unfortunately with corona going on that's just not possible do at the moment, at least in the area we are in. So after a little bit of looking around I was just about to give up when I came across this place. It turns out you can just rent the cookie monster mascot costume for an adult size. Then they ship it to you, you can keep it for a few days and return it to them. The cost is actually cheaper than to hire a live party character performer, and you get to keep the mascot rental for a few days so it's actually a great deal. The costume they sent us looked AWESOME, it was clean and looked exactly like the cookie monster from sesame street. Our son was delighted when cookie monster showed up at his party to wish him a happy birthday. We were super happy with the service and it all worked out perfectly.

I had a My Little Pony theme birthday party for my little girl's 4th birthday in June. At that time we were under quarantine so there weren't a whole lot of fun options or choices for children's birthday party entertainment. However, she loves My Little Pony and I was really determined to try to find SOMETHING that would help make her party a hit. I mean covid is not her fault, she doesn't really even understand it so why should she have to be punished for having her birthday during that time? For where we live, there is nowhere to hire live My Little Pony mascot costume character performers. But then by random chance after some googling I found this place. Turns out you can RENT a My Little Pony mascot costume that will fit adult sizes! What a cool, fun party idea. We went ahead and rented the Rainbow Dash and Pinky Pie mascot costumes. The costumes were shipped to us by UPS and came about 3 days before our party. We never had to worry because we had a tracking number so we always knew they were on their way. The mascots looked great! They fit well for adult size, and they were in excellent condition. My daughter's face lit up when she got to meet Pinky Pie and Rainbow Dash in person! I felt really happy to be able to give her a fun surprise on her birthday. The company was very responsive and easy to work with. It all went according to plan and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who was looking for something fun to do during the corona pandemic, or especially when it finally ends and you want a cool kid's birthday party idea.

I hired Fun Factory to bring two Baby Shark costume character entertainers to my daughter's 4th birthday party. OMG what a hit! They did a great job and the kids loved them, especially my daughter who was THRILLED. They stayed for an hour and did a bunch of songs and games which were perfect for little kids. The Baby Shark mascot costumes they used looked GREAT. Super clean and just like characters. I've seen some very poor mascot costumes but these ones were awesome. They looked just like the pictures from the company's website. I would definitely recommend using this place for children's entertainment to hire mascot costume character performers or other types of kid's parties stuff. They do a great job, the people on the phone are very friendly and responsive and the entertainers they use are great with kids.

I used this company to rent two of the Paw Patrol adult sized mascot costumes for a 4 year old's birthday party. We got the Chase and Marshall Paw Patrols because those are his two favorites. The costumes looked really cute! I was very impressed by the overall quality of both of them. They were clean and both were in good condition. The price was very reasonable, and we got to keep the mascots over the whole weekend so there was plenty of time to use them to entertain the kids. The whole mascot rental process was very easy and straightforward. Basically I emailed them a few questions and they sent me a link to their website which has ALL the rental info on it. Was very simple and I got all the info I needed. My main question was about sizing and also how to return the costumes after we were done using them. Size was no problem, they fit great with room to spare. Returning them was also quite easy, I took them to my UPS store about a mile away. If you can't afford to hire live birthday party costume characters or maybe there's no one in your immediate area who offers that service, renting a mascot is a great idea for a child or toddler's birthday party.
