A reliable company, with outstanding customer service

I had a very positive experience, with Funism's official figure store.

Although I encountered a problem with the delivery company, it was fully fixed, thanks to Funism's customer support team.
They were easy to contact and did their best to help resolved the situation with the delivery company. They were professional, accommodating, understanding, and responsive throughout the entire process. And i was able to communicate with them through email with complet trust.

The product fully matches the pictures on the website. Good quality, with vibrant colors and sturdy materials. Well designed packaging too: the figure was carefully protected and arrived in my country without any damage. (I'm in Europe.)

I will surely order from them again.
