The first shop online with plus size of boots..

When I received the package, it was in really bad state and I could see the content.

Great store and service!

Jacket is good, fit is quite loose. Only thing disliked in this model that there are no ventilation under arms. Jacket is really warm, good for minus temperatures. For warmer sunny days better to wear something lighter.

I also recommend the company - really quick processing and shipment, also very convenient to order abroad - VAT is deducted upon ordering.
Will probably order again in the future.

I bought a Burton Clash 2015 snowboard with Burton bindings @ snowlab and i am very pleased. Good service and fast delivery. I live in Holland neardby rotterdam. The package was deliverd within 6 days, free delivery.

The website work perfectly, I used it a few times and stuff/service/prices are always pretty great. The only flaw is that the website hasn't an english version, so that in order to use it i have to copy&paste every little thing on google translator. Anyway, as you may understand, this doesn't stop me from choosing it.

Really quick service and everything was just perfect. I ordered snowboard boots and bindings, I was alittle bit concerned, that the boots won't fit, but they are perfect. And I was very satisfied, that if they wouldn't fit I could've easily sent them back.
A colleague of mine advised me to order snowboard gear from you, as I moved to germany just 3 weeks ago and I will tell everybody to also order from you :)

I spent quite a while going through the site to find items I liked, and less than half of the items I ordered were in stock. I wasn't contacted about whether my order should be halted or not and received the items which were in stock, and a prompt refund.

The following changes would have made the experience better:

* Not charging my card until dispatch.
* Contacting me about continuing the order or not.

In the end, I'm happy as I have the items I paid for and the communication which I instigated with snowlab was replied to in a prompt and courteous manner.

I would buy from snowlab again if I couldn't find another retailer, but set lower expectations on prompt order handling than I would normally.

The board is very very pretty!! But it took a week, before it was send .

Had incredibly fast delivery to Sweden Kiruna, only 4 days until it was outside my house. Ordered on monday a snowboard and had it on friday!

I've bought some snowboard boots that were on a good sale. It took only 2 daysvto be delivered at my home in Belgium.
The service is great.

The site is good but it would be better if you can choose for another language than german.

I bought some snowboard hard bindings and I needed to receive them in max 3 days because I was going to depart for a holiday. Snowlab has done the shipment in time (I'm from Italy), taking me ever informed about the situation.
