I live in Stockholm. Ordered a snowboard on Monday, Thursday morning was delivered at home. Nice packaging, and excellent price. I couldn't have had it better. Has been some time since I last saw this kind of professionalism from an shop.

I've bought/paid actually another board (Nitro), but after waiting a while, Snowlab sent me a message that in the meantime the board wanted was sold out. My daughter was so sad about this, but luckily Snowlab was ready to find another solution quickly. With the help of my cousin who lives in Hannover and the kindness of Mr. Alex of Snowlab/Surf-In, we managed to make my teenage girl get her new Rome SDS board in no time!!!! And she's really happy about it!!!

Great stuff, great prices! However, for customers who don't speak German that well, it would be nice to have more information in English as well as in German on the website in general.
I bought a snowboard, and in the (English) description on snowlab.de it said that the snowboard was "vario rocker" which was also descibed in the English text - but the product head line said "full rocker", and this is also what I received.

As pictures go, it would be nice to be able to see more pictures of the Burton bindings, especially from the front. Got bit of a surprise when I opened the package. Fortunately, a good one.

Good product

I love the store, but recently i bought a white burton snowboard boot that came with a black dirty spot. Additionally, the boot laces were all open and loose as if someone had wore it at the store...

Other than this, i can only say good things about snowlab. I will keep on shopping despite this incident that happened.

I had too much difficulty in all the stages of the order because there was not an English version of the site. I was afraid not to do anything wrong because the amount of money I would give was not small, so I was anxious. The customer service was very good as well as the product I received. If it weren't for the lack of english version, it would have been a perfect buying experience! Please, make an English version of the site so that non-German buyers are convenient and choose you for their future purchases.

The service of snowlabs was very poor 10 days after delivery i had not receive anything , after I send an email I received an answer.

they had trouble with there computer system , so not all the products i ordered and payed for were available. They did refund the missing items but still it was not a satisfying transaction.
